One December 3, 2021 at approximately 6:30 pm. I entered the store to get a pizza. There was a line in the store of customers waiting to order and waiting on their orders. I ordered a Extra Most Bestest Pizza. After I placed my order with one of the young women at counter, she said that she would let them know in the back to make my pizza. Both of the young women at the counter had their cell phones out in the open and were laughing and playing. There was a back log of orders to include online orders. I could hear pans hitting the floor. I heard the young woman that was in charge yell to the front not to take any more order. One of the young women announced that it would be a while before our order would be ready. I was not going to wait so asked for a refund. I received my refund and left the store. I will not return to this location until there is an improvement in Management of this store.
On Thursday night at 9:28pm, I entered the the Little Ceasar located at 4920 Flat Shoals Pkwy, Decatur, GA 30034 store number 103. I held the door for another patron to leave (empty handed and upset) and walked to the counter where there was no one available to take my order. I was able to see a young lady peering at me from the back. After about 5-10 minutes she came to the front and asked if I was placing an order to which I confirmed. From behind her a woman yelled to “Tell them we closed!” I looked at my watch and advised her that it was now 9:40pm and the online hours indicate this store is open until 11pm. Considering the current pandemic, I understood when she informed me the store closed at 10pm and reiterated it that there was still another 20 minute prior to closing never mind the fact that I came in a half hour prior to closing. The young lady went to the back to speak with the same woman from earlier, by now I learned the woman was the manager on duty. Once again, the MANAGER loudly told the young lady to “just tell her we are out of dough!” When the girl came back, I let her know that I heard what the manager saint and asked to speak to her. The manager flat out refused. I then loudly called out to the manager asking her to please come speak with me to which she ignored and the young lady offered an apology and advise the manager was cleaning the back. I am horrified appalled by the type of management Little Ceasar’s has allowed to serve as a representative of this franchises standards. Not only was I denied service but I was shockingly disrespected to a degree I would not dare to show others. I will no longer eat or recommend this establishment for the sake of retaining my integrity as a patron and a person. While I am very much aware, my experience will not make a difference to holding and enforcing better standards of service. I can on hope, someone who values their store and how it is represented, will see this and demand better of their employees and fight to bring back respect and kindness to the area they serve.
