I showed up at 9:35pm on Saturday when Jeremiah’s closes at 10:00pm. They already had the lights off, open sign turned off, and an employee sweeping the floor. I had 2 people with me and there was another group of 4 people pulled up wanting to buy a treat here as well. One person from the other group walked inside because the door was unlocked and the employee informed them that they had already shut all their machines down. 25 minutes before closing and all machines are shut down? And now they lost out on 7 sales. My group went to Brusters instead and had a lovely experience. This location of Jeremiah’s needs some upper management to look into the closing time of their store if they expect to still get any business. And if they actually begin the shutting down process before 10:00pm, they need to update their hours.

This place was good, friendly worker and they sale the same thang as Rita's icee but Rita's was rude with they customers. This place is my new spot.. very good service and good icee.
My partner and I checked out this new Italian ice spot in Decatur and it did not disappoint! When ordering the young ladies were very nice and respectful. My bf got a mango small Italian ice and I got a small cotton candy flavor. I would rate both flavors a 10/10. My bf said his was so good it reminded him of an Italian ice flavor he had when he was 9. He’s been chasing this flavor ever since. Years later he’s finally got that perfect sugar rush from this sweet treat!

Visited Jeremiah’s for the first time tonight and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The employee with orange braids seemed very unhappy to be there—she didn’t greet my group, had a noticeable attitude, and even walked away in the middle of taking our order. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. The ice cream might be good, but based on the customer service, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
