Worst costumer service, cleanliness and freshness. Never coming back!

Trying to order and there was playing and a worker sweeping while food was being made a customer left because a worker playing with the customer bread in there hand laughing and playing and sweeping going on so I did ask for them to stop sweeping

They stingy with the meat and they put alot of lettuce to cover up their bull…..and customer service is trash too!! And the Sandwich cost $18

I went in for lunch last week and I was pleasantly surprised that there are still friendly people in food service. From the moment I walked in I was amazed. I was greeted immediately, by two amazing employees. Kori and Renita, thank you both so much for making me feel welcome and for making my sandwich to perfection! You both deserve a raise. Keep up the good work!

I always visit this location while at work, my experience is always GREAT!!!

For the second time in a row, every sandwich I ordered was wrong on my mobile order. The first time I went back and the “employees” were indignant. So this time we are just going to eat it using condiment from our fridge. We will never return to this location. Everyone at this location should be fired and that includes whoever calls themselves a manager. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!

Outstanding customer service very fast & friendly!! 10/10 I recommend a hot sandwich the 43 is amazing lol!

I arrived at this location at 8:47 and they told me they were closed when the store shouldn’t close until 9. It took for an older lady to walk up and then they opened the door. SMH. The employees all were giving side eyes and whispering things to each other. All of the sandwich fixings were completely put away and when I asked for the fixings I was given a dirty look. My boyfriend wanted the cheesesteak sub but the grill was already shut down. If I had not drove 30 mins to this location I would have not ordered. And once we walked out of the store we saw the employees talking and pointing. This is just unacceptable Jersey Mike’s.

Sad soggy subs with little meat and almost no toppings.

Had been thinking about a Philly cheese from Jeresy Mikes All day. Put my order in- asked for extra mushrooms- nothing else. Got home and the bread was smothered in yellow mustard for some reason- and not a single mushroom- but mostly onions- more onions than meat. Very gross. Very disappointing. Jersey Mikes is an experience- but I this location could really use some guidance in customer service and product consistency.

This place is beyond slow!! 6 people in line and still waited over 15mins! They are more concerned about online orders than people in front of them. For what they charge for a sub and time,I'll just go to Publix instead.
