3.5 is way too high I would prefer to give you a 0.0 this location is horrible the customer with NO service very nasty tables & floors. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I Would not recommend and will never go back!!! Shame on OWNERS and MANAGEMENT, per previous reviews to allow this place to continue to run as such !!!

Thanks to the food. The staff could be more friendly. If I wanted to dine in I would have to clean my own table.... only 5 tables and all dirty. Also need to up that health inspection score too.

They open at 10am and we were there around 10:05 ( we were there early and we felt bad, just trying to get a sub to eat later for lunch at work ) the doors were still locked even though the welcome sign was turned on, which was fine. The manager came to unlock it for us. Received a rude stare down from her as she walked towards us. We were getting ready to apologize for showing up right when they opened, but didn’t get a chance to, because as soon as she unlocked it, she turned her back to us and walked away. Not even a “welcome” or “good morning” from the manager?…. Yikes! She stared at her laptop screen while she took our orders at first. Very clearly trying to send us a message we were an inconvenience to her morning, being there that early. Asked for a receipt ( need it for work expense ) and she ignored me and stayed at her laptop. Another coworker had to walk up and get me my receipt. I said thank you appreciate it and walked out. Sad thing is she probably will be the one that has to read this, and will reply with excuse. I rarely leave reviews at any restaurant I go to but this one was a must.

This was the worst jersey Mike's location i have ever visited, waited over 30 minutes for my vegi philly . When i got it the filling only covered half the bun , and the girl cooking had a major attitude ... I love jersey Mike's eat their 2x a week for lunch but will never visit this location again

Food is delicious however, Jersey Mike's staff needs to change their gloves after every customer, because I noticed they'll make a sandwich and then go and touch the cash register or touch other things 😖 and then proceed to make your sandwich 🥪 before they change out for a fresh pair of gloves.... Cross contamination and I have allergies.

Requested no onions on my sandwich but they put them on anyway. If you say every sandwich is custom, you should be able to follow requests.

I do like the subs, and the shop is clean, but if, for example, you’ve had surgery and want your meal delivered, be careful because they might give the driver the wrong order. And then, the manager might tell you that your only options are to pick up in store (even though- again, you just had surgery- and you *paid a delivery fee and tip*) or they just can refund you. That’s not making it right. Making it right is having the order you already made delivered to the correct person. Anyway, I’m disappointed. We’ll see if we get the correct order. Fingers crossed!

When I came in I waited for someone to take my order..no problem..I gave the gentleman my order letting him know that I wanted Xxx onions and that I would be watching to make sure that I get Xxx onions because I always have to say more...he was OK with that...however a young lady came up and took the order. He let her know about the Xxx onions and that I would be watching..with a nasty attitude she said out loud..I don't care..let her watch...I kindly said miss I just was watching to make sure I had enough of onions..she said..well enjoy the show😳...
Least to say she was rude...

This was my first time going to this Decatur location and it was a bad experience. I ordered online about 8:28pm. Went to pick up got home and realize it was wheat bread I have allergies to wheat. Call the store this morning and she told me that is all they had and she don’t know why I did not get my bacon on my sandwich. Then I get upset she tells me we can replace. It I still have the sandwich that I can’t eat. I feel if that is the case do not take orders after a certain time online.

Had a bad experience on Wednesday night. Manager Gigi called 2 days later to apologize and offer a solution. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. I truly appreciate her reaching out. I will be returning to this store.
