I think Jimmy Johns corporate needs to visit this location. Visiting at lunch time and only one person managing the whole store! Very bad for the customer and very unfair to the lone employee doing their very best.

Don't order from this location. It will be wrong and you won't get your money back.
I have never heard back from the location owner regarding a bad order.
On Monday 3/10 I ordered a giant toasted chicken and bacon and it was not toasted and the lettuce was rancid. I also ordered chips and a drink and the chips were not the ones I ordered and they did not deliver a drink. I tried to call the location multiple times over the course of that week and their phones were not working. On Thursday I finally contacted corporate and they stated I would hear back from the franchise owner. 2 days later I still had not heard from them so I followed up with corporate. I finally got a call from the general manager on the following Monday 3/17. The manager told me he had "refunded my purchase already" and "sent me proof" however I have never seen the refund posted to my bank account as of today 3/28.
Today I thought I would try to give them a chance for redemption and ordered a toasted ultimate Italian. I recieved a totally different sandwich.
I will be contacting corporate again regarding this location and how incredibly disappointing it is. Would love if the actual location owner would care enough to call costumers when there is a problem.

When we walk in the cashier looked very angry we weren't welcome as normal with a smile and welcome to Jimmy John and as I was placing my order she seemed disgusted and rushing me as I'm looking at the menu The sandwich that I ate was absolutely delicious and a bread was fresh and soft just how I like it so that made the uncomfortable situation a little bit more tolerable The two stars for the atmosphere is because it seems run down and not clean My other concern was that the cashier as soon as she rang my order up she went right outside the front and started smoking on her vape not that any of my business but I know that in food industry you're not supposed to show that sort of behavior A few minutes later the rest of the crew I assume showed up from break I'm assuming it was a break and an atmosphere turned around to positive they were smiling and laughing so I thought a little bit more comfortable My visit was February 26th at approximately 5:30 p.m. Eastern standard Time Just in case your manager wants to look at the camera and see for her show or himself I find it difficult to write these kind of reviews because I believe that everyone deserves to know exactly what's going on when you go out to eat nowadays and I also am aware that it's very hard to find good employees that have the very best intentions for the customer The other side of the coin is that these are the employees that show up anyways that has been my experience today at Jimmy John's in Decatur Georgia

I had visited this location for the first time and will never be coming back again, I had to wait about 15 - 20 minutes to just order because the employees were nowhere to be found. By the time I was helped, the older women had an attitude, making my sandwich, and when I tried to correct her, I reminded them of my modifications. She seemed to roll her eyes and ignore me.

First off, I'm giving 3 stars for food, only bc I just had the new Chocolate Peppermint Cookie and it's stupid good. I also enjoy their chips here, but that's about it lol.
Customer Service is nonexistent. If you don't speak up when you walk in, you'll stand there until you do, or you'll have to walk out. They don't use the "to-go" shelf, so you're forced to interact with people who won't even look at you. It's a weird vibe.
The straw that broke the camels back today, was watching the "owner", by her description, get the baguettes out of the old dirty trunk of her car, in a garbage bag. I'm sure the trashbag part is sanitary, but I'm convinced they were old baguettes from another store. Like 100% convinced. I won't be going to this location again .

**tried to leave video, but unable to from phone. Bread just cracks apart.

The customer service was terrible. The main reason why the food wasn't good was because the customer service was terrible, and the main reason why the atmosphere was terrible was because the customer service was terrible. Everything rotated around the customer service. The person at the store seemed to be trying to pre-close the store 2 hours early. He didn't fix my order right nor did he seem to care. Ownership needs to make a change before I decide to revisit this location.

Im not usually an inpatient person, and coming from an industry background I totally understand that there’s rushes during peak hours. All that being said, I ordered a sandwich at 12:10 and slowly made my way to pick up. I arrived at 12:30 almost 1pm now and I’m still waiting for my sandwich. I was told “5 more minutes” since they’re out of tuna but I saw them prioritizing delivery orders, making pasta salad and many other things before getting around to my sandwich. So disappointing! Glad all JJs locations aren’t like this

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered the Turkey Tom w/cheese. They were skimpy with the toppings, but the sandwich was still pretty good.

*Edited to add: We couldn’t find the “free parking”. Ended up paying $3 for the garage.I’m not sure why this location has bad ratings. The employees made our sandwiches so fast they were done before we paid. They were patient despite us having a big, chaotic group. The sandwiches were consistent with the JJ sandwiches at other locations. Everything was made correctly. It was before lunch rush but the tables seemed clean. ??‍♀️ We’re full and happy.

THIS IS HOW A JIMMY SANDWICH IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE. The worker was very nice I believe her name was “Ty” she had red braids and her energy was amazing. 10/10 service, and food.
