I hate when a business posts their hours ( for instance ) say you close at 10 and a customer walks in at 9:15 after driving 25 minutes to have to drive to another location
Dominique was wonderful her joyful spirit made the experience. The energy was very calm and efficient. She definitely deserves praise for the great customer service and perfectly made sandwiches.

Couldn’t get ahold of the store to speak to a manager kept getting hung on when asked for one so I guess I’ll write a review DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I watched an employee pull up her pants after I caught her On the side of the building with another employee no one was wearing name tags go figure

i order one of the new toasted sandwich and not only did it have something that didn't come on the sandwich it wasn't even toasted and they forgot my kickin ranch

I had a large order, 7 sandwiches, and they did an awesome job. I was in and out in less then 15 min. Each one was correct, just as requested and delicious! Thank you.

Went there for a pickup order and got there and there was no bread and only guy working. He said they ran out and he was left alone but he made all new bread and that it was baking and would be 15 minutes. He was very nice and patient even though he had every reason to crash out with all the people coming in and getting frustrated at him. I decided to wait it out and he was super communicative keeping me in the loop for when the bread would be done. After the wait, he offered us drinks with our sandwiches. I didn’t get his name on a receipt since we had a mobile pickup but even though the wait was inconvenient, I applaud him for still having great customer service in a stressful situation. Would definitely return solely because of that.

Freaky slow! I am a huge fan of Jimmy John’s but today was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a chicken caesar wrap @ 11:08am via the app n requested delivery , paying cash. After a hour I called and was placed on hold for 30 min. Order never arrived and I never received a call back. Highly disappointed! This location is the absolute worst !
Veggie Sandwich with wheat bread was a shock thought it would be a sub, but it was very good, bread was delicious.
My husband's Philly sub was very small and only came with meat and cheese, he said he's had much better.

First time ever really trying JimmyJohns and the food was amazing. Service was quick and my order came out hot and fresh. There was no problem at all. Customer service was good too.

I think Jimmy Johns corporate needs to visit this location. Visiting at lunch time and only one person managing the whole store! Very bad for the customer and very unfair to the lone employee doing their very best.
Don't order from this location. It will be wrong and you won't get your money back.
I have never heard back from the location owner regarding a bad order.
On Monday 3/10 I ordered a giant toasted chicken and bacon and it was not toasted and the lettuce was rancid. I also ordered chips and a drink and the chips were not the ones I ordered and they did not deliver a drink. I tried to call the location multiple times over the course of that week and their phones were not working. On Thursday I finally contacted corporate and they stated I would hear back from the franchise owner. 2 days later I still had not heard from them so I followed up with corporate. I finally got a call from the general manager on the following Monday 3/17. The manager told me he had "refunded my purchase already" and "sent me proof" however I have never seen the refund posted to my bank account as of today 3/28.
Today I thought I would try to give them a chance for redemption and ordered a toasted ultimate Italian. I recieved a totally different sandwich.
I will be contacting corporate again regarding this location and how incredibly disappointing it is. Would love if the actual location owner would care enough to call costumers when there is a problem.

When we walk in the cashier looked very angry we weren't welcome as normal with a smile and welcome to Jimmy John and as I was placing my order she seemed disgusted and rushing me as I'm looking at the menu The sandwich that I ate was absolutely delicious and a bread was fresh and soft just how I like it so that made the uncomfortable situation a little bit more tolerable The two stars for the atmosphere is because it seems run down and not clean My other concern was that the cashier as soon as she rang my order up she went right outside the front and started smoking on her vape not that any of my business but I know that in food industry you're not supposed to show that sort of behavior A few minutes later the rest of the crew I assume showed up from break I'm assuming it was a break and an atmosphere turned around to positive they were smiling and laughing so I thought a little bit more comfortable My visit was February 26th at approximately 5:30 p.m. Eastern standard Time Just in case your manager wants to look at the camera and see for her show or himself I find it difficult to write these kind of reviews because I believe that everyone deserves to know exactly what's going on when you go out to eat nowadays and I also am aware that it's very hard to find good employees that have the very best intentions for the customer The other side of the coin is that these are the employees that show up anyways that has been my experience today at Jimmy John's in Decatur Georgia
