Tell me what's the point of placing an order if you don't even ring the order up. Come here and they didn't even have me rung up. Gave them my ticket number and apparently the girl who rung the order up didn't give it to the cook or put it on the line. Then I look back (because I decided not to spend my money there since they wanna play with my time) and the little girl is smiling like she found the whole thing funny. I guess it is when you set the whole thing up, to have me come in there and basically replace my order.
I'll say the young man was very apologetic about his co workers inability to do her jon right..which was good.

This place is DIRTY found HAIR IMBEDDED IN MY CHICKEN…called the store for them to tell us they will give us a refund just to say they can only accommodate us and give us 4 pieces of wings because we ate 2/6 pieces of chicken and fries before FINDING HAIR….weren’t wearing hair nets, mask or gloves until we came back to get our refund and now all of a sudden everyone is wearing hair nets and covid masks.

Went to this location years ago when they first opened it was ok. Went today and was pleasantly surprised all of our food plus the lemonade was DELICIOUS DELICIOUS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! We will be back the flounder was perfectly cooked. The chicken wings were on point! The shrimp were seasoned crispy and not overcooked!!!
They use a lemon pepper seasoning but if you don't like lemon pepper and just get the food without the lemon pepper seasoning they don't add any other seasoning to the meat. These people literally just put the fish in the oil as is. I order the fish and it was fried perfectly but unfortunately it did have a drop of any of seasoning on it. Season the meat before you fry it!!!!!

The crab bites were the best thing I got, it was well seasoned. I paid for a red snapper meal (comes with fries and hush puppies) I subbed the puppies for crab bites, it was supposed to be a $1 extra fee to sub. The snapper didn't have any salt and was flavorless, You could taste it wasn't even fresh. But I still got charged for the meal with the puppies and fries, and then they charged me the extra $5 for the bites. And on top of that the meal doesn't even come with a drink? $21 for a wrong meal with no drink???
