Can't stand the service from this location. Rude employees all around and extremely arrogant. They have zero clue about customer service and at times take on an antagonistic approach with how they deal with customers. The food is, by all means. One of the best as far as food in the entire metro area. But due to their attitudes, I cant recommend this place at all. I I refuse to go back.

Also, how is it that you advertise JJ Fish & Chicken as being Black owned, when clearly this location on Wesley Chapel is not!

The food was bad. The chicken was dry, too much salt sprinked on the chicken. Nothing about the order was good. Don't patronize this establishment. Shameful.
JJ'S use to be my go to but now it seems they have fell off a little bit. I brought my sister here from outnof town and you can tell the grease was super old. The fish was overcooked and stiff /stale. Also , they should really do something about the homeless ppl they let stand around and beg. Nobody wants to be harassed evertime they come in there. You would think they have an understanding with the owner or something the way they constantly stand outside and beg. They are polite and will even hold the door open for you. But all that comes at a price. 50 cent to be exact. All in all JJ'S is a staple I think they just need to clean up the area a little bit more.

I come here all the time and the food never disappoints. I called in today for a 10 piece wing combo with fries, I was 10 minutes away. When I arrived it was packed as always- my food was fresh, hot and ready.
