Several occasions I have come in and ordered several 4, 6, and 10 wing dinners, your staff is rude, refused to give me more then one ranch sauce when I purchased multiple dinner plates. Your manager Ryan is rude and also refused to provide the corporate number, or his upper management name and contact number. He expects me to share one ranch sauce with two other people when I ordered a total of 22 wings inside 3 dinner plates. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!

When we walked in no spoke no one asked to take our order we had to speak to them first! Customer suck and food taste like old grease! I always go to the Candler road location but I was on Wesley Chapel in a hurry so I stop by there!!! Never again!

Just left and the lady with the scarf on both ladies, horrible service. She got upset because I ask for hot sauce and tartar sauce made me go stand in another line and refused to give me my drinks and receipt. If she didn’t want to work today she should have stayed home. Horrible attitude.

This was my first time having JJs Fish in years. I came into town and place an order online. Picked it up no issues and customer service was cool. Open my food when I got in the car and was disappointed by how it looked. Everything was fried super hard except the fries. The chicken, shrimp and fish. Shrimp was like rubber. You couldn't bite the chicken, it was too hard. The fish was like a chip. The fries were soft. None of the white seasoning. It was nothing like I remember. $15 wasted. I couldn't even give the plate away. This was a disappointment.
We just LOVE JJ Fish & Wings.Best tasting ever.Sometimes the wait is to long. But they getting at that.

First and last time for me.Pro: staff is friendly.Cons: Whiting taste like NOTHING, super soft after I specifically requested crispy and a 40 minute wait. $40 plus down the drain and 35 minutes each way travel wasted.Don't waste your time or money.
