Same experience as Kimberly Moore. Terrible customer service

I was standing at the register for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was there just for a pickup order. Looked me in my face multiple times and didn’t acknowledge. SMH. A little recognition goes a long way.

I got an elderberry shot it was a little pricier but it kept the germs away. I'd go back to try a smoothie or another menu item for sure

Recommended dishes: Greek Salad

The restaurant is clean. Staff is pleasant. The acai bowl base tasted like crushed ice. It had zero flavor. The ingredients that were supposedly blended in had zero flavor. The coconut flakes, banana gave it a little flavor. I had to ask for extra honey to mix in.
I will stick with Playa Bowls Restaurant. There is no comparison.

The allergen information available on their website is entirely inaccurate. I have severe tree nut allergies, so I ordered the avocado toast. After paying, the cashier came over and informed us that their ezekiel bread was full of nuts.

The food was too expensive for how mediocre it was. The cashier also struggled to count basic change. Never coming back here again.

I give two stars because the customer service, from cashier Thomas, was excellent. My order was also made quickly and was hot. I subtract 3 stars because of poor quality of the veggie quesadilla. They made mine with 90% mozzarella, basically a cheese quesadilla with a few withered spinach leaves, a little sprinkle of olives, and even fewer pieces of sun-dried tomato. Super disappointing because today I chose to skip my other favorite options nearby (Farm Burger, Cafe Lily). Welp. Live and learn.
