I'd advise you not to go to this KFC they keep the door locked so if your order is wrong you have to get back in line at the drive-thru to get your food fixed I had an issue with my order it was missing a piece of chicken so I knocked on the door then I banged on the door and they wouldn't open it so I walked around to the window and angrily told them they needed to unlock the door so if someone's order was wrong they can come in and get it fixed and that also I was missing a piece of chicken so when I got my food back the chicken was very oily and my biscuit felt like someone spit on it I looked at it closely and it was not oil the chicken also had a weird taste to it so I threw the whole thing out thanks KFC for allowing me to waste my money 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

This location just irks my nerves. I visit this location three different times on Google It says the restaurant close at 11 PM. They close their restaurant at 8 PM every day. Then I have to wait business days to get a refund

The Greeting each and every time I have Entered this establishment on Candler Road in Decatur , The Food Is always cooked to perfection and The Service Is Always Professional and Courteous , Yardaira Is A Team member That what ever a customer need or where ever her station is she is always smiling, professional and well informed , never snappy, or irritated I watched her work the front counter on line customers and prepare the food and not one customer felt their stay was to long. She is such a pleasant human being Thank You KFC for the Experience . And if I may add The building is always clean

Even though the crew here were friendly and courteous, the food on the other hand was not. I ordered two drumsticks. What I got was over cooked really small legs for 8.19. There was not a hint of the KFC taste to them. And even the biscuit was not as inviting as I would have liked. It was under baked. If I would not have confirmed that I was at KFC, I would not have ever thought I was eating any KFC product. Now I am going to stop at another KFC to compare.
Update. The other KFC was exactly like it should be. So maybe someone needs to make sure that this KFC isnt substituting other ingredients that is not KFC brand.

I've never had a bad experience with KFC before but there's a first for everything..... I bit into it and was wondering why it had a weird taste and was hard to bite into... low and behold, my chicken is RAW!!! Stomach immediately flipped upside down, couldn't even finish my meal. I go to get a sip of my drink but feel something shoot down my throat.....WHY IS IT STUFF FLOATING AROUND IN IT?!?!
Customer service was great through the drive through but cmon nie... I still feel sick to my stomach as I type!

This is my first time eating at KFC in more than two (2) years. I was truly impressed with the service and personnel. Before I could pay for my order, my food was ready! (Now that’s fast and good food!) The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and cooperative. As we were eating someone was cleaning the doors, windows, tables, counters and floors. The dining area was clean. The next time I want fried chicken, I’m going to this KFC on Flat Shoals Parkway in Decatur!

Cashier Tierra is extremely rude. Ordered in drive thru. When I got to the window I asked if my meal came with a drink. She stated yes and that she rung me up for a Starry. I informed her I never ordered a Starry and she insisted that I did. Mind you I don’t even know what a Starry is. She got upset because I informed her I don’t know what a Starry is lol. Tierra are you okay? She asks me what I want and I told her a water. She aggressively handed me the water with the lid half way off so water is spilling and as I am saying thank you, she slams the window. I guess she saw me looking for a straw and proceeded to open the window only stick her hand out with a straw and slams the window again. As I check my food, a guy comes to the window and asks if everything is okay. I ask him is she okay and he states oh she’s acting like that because they’re on a timer. What does that have to do with anything. He then proceeds to say they’re only a timer again like I’m taking too long and wants me to move. Won’t be eating here again. So unprofessional and nasty.

Bianca needs to be fired ! I have never seen such disrespect in fast food as I’ve seen today. You know it’s bad when there are 5 people in line and everyone says they are posting a review on her. Such a smart mouth you shouldn’t be scared to ask for napkins especially after spending 40 bucks on food . The food was ok but cold the sodas all of them were flat and weak and the restaurant is nasty inside I wish I could leave a negative 5 because this experience was awful we will not be back !
