Got there at 10:30 and was told they don’t open until 11. Online said 10am and the drive through speaker says 10am. The are false advertising.

Bianca needs to be fired ! I have never seen such disrespect in fast food as I’ve seen today. You know it’s bad when there are 5 people in line and everyone says they are posting a review on her. Such a smart mouth you shouldn’t be scared to ask for napkins especially after spending 40 bucks on food . The food was ok but cold the sodas all of them were flat and weak and the restaurant is nasty inside I wish I could leave a negative 5 because this experience was awful we will not be back ! This pot pie didn't have any chicken chunks at all and the filling in it was very little, more crust than the fillings. What a rip off! I would have been better off buying it out the supermarket. I will never ever buy a pot pie ever again from KFC 😒

Just left this location after waiting 20 minutes for my order—with no explanation and no long lines. I started in the drive-thru but was told they were only taking cash, so I went inside to pay with my card. After ordering, I just there waiting with no updates. Apparently, they were out of white meat, which would’ve been fine if someone had said something. Then I got home and the order was wrong. Unfortunately, I’m too tired to return. Very disappointing experience.
The staff is very friendly food is not bad. Was surprised at the speed and timeliness compared to at least one other KFC in the of others in broader area.
