I arrived to pick up an online mobile order from the drive thru window. Cashier stated to come inside for online pickup, drove around to get inside the doors are locked. Cashier standing at register, looked right at window and ignored this order was placed around 8-8:30. Never came to door, customer order I let the customer know what was going on, he had to call inside and notify them someone was at the store waiting outside locked building, she came to the door and just stood their. Then say sarcastically sorry about that. Customer notified me to make sure all item were inside, asked her if everything was corrected says yes. That was a lie, no drinks of the meals were provided, left off the 2 Mac n cheeses, none of the sauces or condiments asked for were in bag. I went to get the drinks no raspberry tea inside the machine went to notify her of this no one every at the front their just standing around talking and playing in the back. Then she wanna come up to walking and talking with an attitude stating with angry, bothering mode when you can’t get the order right and not having the drink that’s on the drink machine “ her oh my god sickening “ statement yes I read your lips mouthing those words. And your facial expressions. Go home, clock out or quit your job if you’re not there to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE, you just want a check! AND STOP PLAYING AROUND ON THE CLOCK. Because you still didn’t have the order correct customer still didn’t get their full meal.

I don’t go to KFC and decided to try it today and was quickly reminded why I don’t. The service at this location is TERRIBLE. Women over the intercom was short, rude, and let it be known she didn’t want to be there or answer any questions. In a world full of people with mental health issues, financial situations, and trauma it needs to be a requirement that if you are not good with people or not able to leave your attitude and own ignorance at home, you do not need to be in a customer facing position. Energy is contagious and hers was disgusting. All for my order to not be complete because she didn’t take the time to listen. Won’t be back.

Tuesday's special. The eight piece chicken. Why is All eight pieces are soggy wet. KFC you all have to do better. This happens to often. You've changed the name. Employees now change the attitude. 🙃

I can’t properly detail my experience with this location with one post but it was awful. It took 28 minutes to place and receive my order and the cashier was down right rude. I would love to discuss this if you truly care about my experience!

The morning manager Ms.Tonya was a great face to see first thing in the morning. She was kind and had a very uplifting personality that could make anyone smile. My food was hot and I did not wait long. They will be seeing me again.

This place is slow slow so don’t come Sunday thru Saturday bc it will take two birthdays to get your food lol never tried food bc it took five ever owner if you read this put them to work

Came here to pick up an order for a customer on Uber eats and RUBY the cashier at the front is just amazing, a breath of fresh air. Her customer service is impeccable! She deserves more than what she's making.

Customer service doesn’t exist here! All the employees walk pass the front counter and ignore the fact that there’s a lobby full of customers waiting on food. I stood in line 15 mins before someone came to work the front. All I ordered was a kids meal, it took an additional 10 mins to get my food and that was only because I asked for a REFUND. The manager Mitchell or whatever her name was extremely rude about me wanting a refund, her response was “she ain’t getting no refund, it only been 10 mins. Just hurry up and give her the food aint no refund” but I had already been standing there 15 min before I could even order.I waited 25-30 min just for a kids meal and the manager got an attitude because I didn’t want to keep waiting on they’re ridiculously SLOW service. I will never spend my money here again
The Manager there needs to get attitude together. She was rude and disprectful and disgraceful. She pronounced my name wrong and had a vary bad attitude. I understand that it was busy and that she didn't have enough people to help her but she could have been more respectful and
