They were out of veggies, and they still charged be for the full plate even though I
Was missing a side. I asked was it price difference and she said no.
Also, another time. I did an online order. They called and told me it couldn’t be fully fulfilled and offered a refund but I never received it.

Idk why all the low reviews. They give great portions, the mac n cheese is the best around the Eastside, an the oxtail sandwich is one of a kind. An everybody knows this. Maybe a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The food is good.

Terrible place..I was the first customer ordered 1 jerk chicken sandwich at 1105 didn’t receive my food until 1222 $17 dollars is terrible 1hour wait for a sandwich never coming back!!
