Rashida was amazing she has a happy personality and really went above on customer service.
I’m not sure who I talked to, but the lady at the drive thru was super sweet and patient with me and even listed off all the donut options when I said I didn’t know what donuts they had. I got a raspberry filled donut and absolutely LOVED IT.

The light is never on when it's supposed to be and their drive thru menu is literally missing. However, the doughnuts are indeed Krispy Kreme quality.

Second Disappointing Experience at Wesley Chapel Krispy Kreme
This is the second review I’ve written in less than a week regarding the Krispy Kreme on Wesley Chapel. My first visit was on a Thursday at 8:00 p.m., where I waited in the drive-thru with about 3–4 cars ahead of me. After reaching the speaker, no one responded despite my repeated attempts to get their attention. I then drove up to the window and saw an employee inside. However, after waiting an additional 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I left without making a purchase. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating.
After leaving that review, someone from Krispy Kreme responded, directing me to contact corporate—a response I’ve noticed they leave on every negative review. I followed their suggestion, submitted my feedback, and a few days later, corporate reached out, thanked me for my input, and offered a coupon for a free dozen Original Glazed donuts.
On March 19, 2025, around 7:30 p.m., I visited the same Wesley Chapel location to redeem the coupon. The drive-thru line was extremely long, so I opted to go inside, where there was no line. When I handed over my coupon, the cashier simply said, “It don’t work” and told me to “contact corporate.” No attempt was made to troubleshoot or assist in any way. I was in complete disbelief at the lack of professionalism and the disconnect between corporate and this location.
It’s clear that the Wesley Chapel Krispy Kreme is consistently mismanaged. Between the poor service, lack of communication, and dismissive attitude toward customers, this location does not uphold the standards of the Krispy Kreme brand. A quick glance at other reviews shows that my experience is not unique. I hope corporate takes serious action to address the ongoing issues at this store.

Do not schedule an order at this location. I placed an order and paid for it 6 hours before the scheduled pick up time and they were out of most of my selections when it was time for the pick up and delivery. That means that when you place your order they do not fulfill it for the later pick up.

I ordered some cinnamon rolls and all of them were raw inside. It was just dough.

They always out of donuts and hospitality is poor store is nasty and they never have on lights after dark safety is a concern

I'm almost sixty years old been going here ever since it opened but about the last couple of years the quality of the doughnuts 🍩 have bottomed out. To expensive to pay almost $20 for extremely poor doughnuts. Plus I waited 30 min for dozen doughnuts around 5:30pm. Will not go back I work to hard for my money

Hands down the worst KK in the state. I’ve gone 3 times and each time they NEVER have original glazed. Hot n Ready sign isn’t on and they are NOT going to make anymore. This store is a disgrace to the franchise. Shut it down or get competent management to run the store.

This place is sorry and a bad representation of the franchise, shut it down
I originally came through drive-through to order a dozen of glazed donuts, and they said that you have more donuts so I went inside to order a variety of donuts and discovered that they had a whole three shelves of glazed donuts, but the young lady explained to me that once inside when I mentioned to her, I said you just said you guys don’t have any glazed donuts and she said oh we don’t have any for drive-through, but she failed to tell me to go inside to get some donuts which I don’t know how that makes sense
