Niaya at the Krispy Kreme on 2533 Wesley Chapel Rd., Decatur, GA was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I asked for a certain doughnut, she replied, “we don’t got that,” in a dismissive tone. For the two glazed doughnuts I did order, she didn’t offer a napkin, didn’t say thank you, and showed no customer service skills. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be back.

I placed an order through the Krispy Kreme website for an assorted box of mini doughnuts and a dozen original glazed doughnuts. Shortly after, the DoorDash driver contacted me to let me know that the store did not have mini doughnuts available. He asked if I would like a second box of glazed doughnuts instead.
First, I don’t understand why the mini doughnuts were available to order online if the store didn’t have them in stock. I quickly replied and asked for a regular-sized assorted doughnut box instead. The driver even told me he offered to pay the difference if needed.
However, according to the driver, both the employee and the manager at the store were completely unwilling to make the change. Instead, they gave him two boxes of original glazed doughnuts—something I did not order. They made the decision for me, with my own money, without my consent. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.
This order was meant for students and hospital staff who were waiting for the doughnuts, and Krispy Kreme completely messed it up. I had to call Krispy Kreme customer service myself to request a refund. Although I eventually received the refund after waiting on the phone, this was not the experience I expected. I didn’t want a refund—I wanted the doughnuts I ordered.
The DoorDash driver was very polite and helpful, but the employees at the Krispy Kreme store showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. They should be retrained in customer service.

My grandfather and i were getting donuts as a surprise for our family, the employee with the bun and glasses was respectful the whole time, but the one with the red wig had an attitude the whole time and did nothing but sit and watch us. When they were bagging our order we asked her if she could do two separate bags she ignored us.

Drove 40 mins in traffic and rain at 5 pm to be told they were sold out of Glaze Donuts and turned coffee machines off. I’m beyond disappointed and I will never be back! Thanks

The store needs cleaning, drive-thru employee totally messed up my order, no apology, and didn't have what I wanted and failed to tell me while ordering they didn't have it and she just substituted without my permission. I drove off and had to return only to find out what I wanted was a promo. The donuts she gave were not that fresh.
