This Kroger is great - clean, well-stocked.
Plenty of items to choose from! I like that they also have options for a single person as you may not want a whole cake or pie, etc.
Always poorly staffed. Very long lines, all the time. Bare shelves. All the time. We have stopped shopping here all together.
Can't be open to midnight if the store closes at 11p.
Gas station attendant want to go home on time so she stop taking cash before closing time! I will take the cash else where. This practice will probably runs them out of business. Or not they have been in the game a long time because we support this kind if behavior!
Empty shelves at times. Difficult to find employees. Dirty restrooms.
Having one line open on a super bowl Sunday is not smart. The reason I shop at kroger is because of the speedy service. I hate self checkout lines because it always need a sales associate every third item scanned. I go early to combat long lines and today was not a good experience.
you all need to hire more courtesy clerks, having the cashier scan and bag groceries is too much and leads to long lines and I do not work for you all so I will not be bagging my own groceries....never have this problem at Publix
Try the croissants they excellente'
To be such a large store this is honestly the worst Kroger we have ever experienced and we have been loyal Kroger customers for years. Thankfully we only had to live here for a year and usually only on week days. Today my husband was there around 8:30 and there was one line open and a long line trying to force people to do self-checkout. We don't receive a paycheck from Kroger so I don't expect to do work for them, and it's not like you save money for doing it. The choices of name brands are extremely small, especially for such a large store, trying to force you to buy Kroger brands which have not always been the same quality as the name brands. We shop at Publix more frequently now even though I think they are more expensive because we save time and frustration.

Sometimes, the Kroger bakery is hit or miss
obviously I would recommend any place that has a bar and does karaoke on Saturday nights that is also a grocery store!!
The people here at Kroger is very nice for the visually impaired and I love coming here to get my food
It's not as clean and well kept as it was a year ago. The produce isn't as fresh nor is it well stocked.
