I just feel like pick a damn struggle. Food trash whether it’s undercooked, poorly made or just old. And the employees and their attitudes are even worse. How are you lookin nasty, speaking nasty, WHILE serving nasty food. Management has to be apart of the problem atp it’s been months (maybe) longer of terrible experiences im reading and it still continues. SMH so unfortunate

You all are WRONG AS HECK I asked for Chili cheese fries Not cheese fries smh. If you were low on chili just say so but you drizzling my fries with liquid brown sauce no meat and a lot of cheese has me upset I was hungry and on my way to work. Just closed them ALL LOCATIONS ARE HORRIBLE ANYWAYS, I just wanted to give this location a try because I loved the chili cheese fries but never again I’m done.

I went this morning at 6:20am my food was just thrown in the bag biscuit hard , tater tots hard, sausage undercooked he handed me a coke I told him I order a coffee gave me a coffee without giving me cream or sugar the entire experience was disgusting from the food to the demeanor of the worker I will not be spending my money at this location

I went to this location on Tuesday 9/16 around 4:15pm. My son and I visit this location approximately once/week after I pick him up from school. As I pulled around to pay for his meal, the female cashier who is typically there mumbles, “This is another one who is in here everyday. I can’t eat this shit.” I was confused and taken aback and was wondering if she was referring to me. Then she told me the price of my meal, and as I was reaching for my card to pay, she then says to me, “You should know how much it is by now. You’re in here everyday”. She then hands me my food and walks off. I’m appalled that she would speak to a customer this way. Customers like me frequenting this restaurant is what keeps her employed and her bills paid. I will no longer visit this particular location and this employee needs to be reprimanded.

I am writing to report an unsatisfactory experience I had at your drive-thru on September 14, 2025, at approximately 4:20 PM Eastern Time. The employee at the window, a lady wearing a purple bonnet, displayed a very unprofessional attitude.

There was no greeting or farewell during the interaction. She simply handed me my items and shut the window without acknowledgment. This came across as dismissive and unfriendly, leaving me with a negative impression of the service.

I value good customer service and believe all customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure future experiences are more positive.

The people at this Krystal at 5:12 a.m. are extremely rude and don't take kindly to good customer service recommendations. They are quick to tell a customer where they can go and eat elsewhere, but extremely slow to receive good customer service advice. That goes for the guy and the girl working tonight. It's as easy as instead of saying that we're only taking doordash orders, to telling a customer my apologies, but we're changing over to breakfast which starts in the next 10 minutes. So we're only taking doordash orders right now. Sounds easy right?! But only if you care about the customer and serving them with excellence. Apparently, that does not happen here early a.m. And yes, I've received much better service during my prior visits between 8a.m. & 10a.m. lastly, when I took my business 10 minutes down the road to the Krystal on Moreland Avenue, they communicated to me in exactly the way I attempted to convey to this duo at Candler Road, and it was greatly appreciated and I waited and got back in line to order breakfast based on their communication and customer service. Thursday, July 31, 2025.
