Why are your doors locked at 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon telling people to use the drive through. My truck is too tall for your drive through. I forgot to mention they didn't give me my change back. .89 extra in their drawer but that was the least of my issue

The food took forever.. I ordered the new item menu crab cake and popcorn shrimp po boy ... They cooked it fresh but the Krystal was beyond cold and the wait time was no less than 8min.
