This place has gone down, the staff doesn't seem interested in customer service. I got food for both my wife and I, and the fries were cold I stated to the drive thru employee and they basically refried old fries and gave them to us. The rest of food wasn't good either.

The girl who was working today around 12pm was rude while I was waiting to order she was arguing with a customer in line in the drive thru and I guess forgot to turn her mic off so obviously I heard it . As I was giving my order she preceded to have an attitude with me For what reason I’m not sure I eventually said Never mind and pulled off.
This location is awful! The employees want it to be closed down so they don’t answer the drive through speaker and act like it closed. I would never eat here again. The food is not fresh, choose another location. Corporate should have been stepped in by now.

One of the doors was locked. I go in, up to the counter and the employee at the counter just stared at me. Said absolutely nothing. So I said "Ummm....okay. What's the package deals - like three or four burgers for $X?" She uses her words now and responds "You want the 24 pack." "Nooooo," I said. "It's just me - a small personal amount." The, what I assume to be manager or shift-leader or whatever comes over and said "5 pack for [whatever the amount was]." "Yes that will do," I say. "Do you want cheese on those?" "No," I reply. She goes to the back says "5 Cheese Krystals," to no one I can see. "Cash or Credit" the cashier says. "Credit," I say. She holds out her hand. She takes my card to the back, to the drive through cash register and does the transaction...Comes back, gives me the card (no visual on the transaction, no receipt), while the shift leader is packing a bag with my 5 cheese krystals. She goes gets the bag brings it back and says "Oh! I need the card again, it didn't ^%." "What?" "Your card." Okay, so I tentatively give it to her again, making a note to check my account immediately upon getting home.
At least a vocal greeting or something would be nice. Give me what I order. Let me know they're not fresh (they were cold). Etc....Yeah, no thanks. wth is happening these days? This was ridiculous.
It's not as though things are going to change. Look at how corporate handles the responses; same pat response - go to the website and fill out contact form...lol y'all are sucking. (And look - they actually responded to this review the same way. yeah y'all rock)

Made a mobile order. Got to the speaker and gave my name. There was just 1 car in front of me. It took 15 minutes for them to get their food and move. When I got to the window they were confused and asked me to pull around. It was another 20 minutes of sitting before I walked in to ask for my food. It took them 10 more to get it made. There were at least 4 people working. How hard is it to make an order someone bought in advance when there is no one else there. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Cashier was whispering in thr drive thru, i mention i cannot hear, no response,as i pull up its obvious she was distracted by her phone. Had the audacity to seem frustrsted when asking for clarity. I domt remember the name but it was around 7-730 on 12/29. Krytals loss . With the closings near my area i have to drive a good distsnce since two closest to me have closed. Ended up purchasing store bought white castle for our guests at nearby publix. We planned tp buy at least 50 later in the evening.
I waited a very long time for my food
Thought I'd stop by to pick up a quick lunch and try the new patty melt. Without a doubt, it was the most disappointing item I've ever purchased at a fast food restaurant. First of all, there was nothing melted about it. Every ingredient was cold - I think the mayo was warmer than the meat, onions, cheese and toast. It's as if they used left over food from a day ago and never bothered to warm anything up. I gave it two bites and tossed it. This was third attempt at trying to enjoy this location as I grew up liking Krystal, but won't be going there any more. I was there shortly after 12 noon, so no excuse for serving an ice cold patty melt...
