Wanted a “real” breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits and a biscuit. It was horrible. Grits were so watery and biscuit was hard and not fully cooked. Going to cross them off our places to eat!

I was greeted by a very nice crew.Very nice people here again, thanks.Update: why were your doors closed at 11:30am to dine in? This don't make any sense. I tried to ask at the window but the server never responded to my question, he acted as if I didn't exist.Parking: Plenty of space.

I'm originally from Chicago and grew up on White Castles. I really enjoy Krystal. But every time I go the dine in is always closed. They're not many around anymore and when I want to come sit down and enjoy some Krystals I can't. So sad that I have to give up on you all.

I've spent my entire life eating the Chattanooga based ripoff of White Castle.If you like sliders these are the originals.Get the sack of 12. They microwave up just fine ?
I normally get the scrambler. On this visit I ordered two. The grits in both were extremely runny. Prior visits the scramblers have been on point. Maybe just a bad day for the grits maker on this day. Giving a poor rating but will try again.

Avoid avoid avoid! Rude staff, It is a complete shame that you can't enjoy Krystal anymore. They offer a decent menu but there is not a location I know of around here that will provide anything from it the correct way. Staff view customers as a complete inconvenience. This location is extremely bad. Eat here at your own risk.

Omg. Where do I start? I went here this am at 7:15 after getting off work ordered what I get each morning I stop here. To get home and my order wrong as hell I’m so livid at this point because they always messing up something. They can’t hear at all they all need to me I won’t be going back to Krystal’s they are not the same as back in the days anymore
The first time I ordered food online, I walked to the door. The lady asked me, "you dont have car?" I said no ma'am i work next door so I walked. Today (11/17/23) I ordered online. The site said, my food would be ready by 1:50. I was late due to work, then once i drove through and stated i had an online order the woman caught an attitude. The manager then proceeded to say"dont give it to them". As my mother retrieved my items the manager said "l cant come back, because i know the policy."Nothing is clear here, and their attitudes were out of line. Service was less then sub-par. I am disgusted with the low level of service. If they cant serve paying customers accordingly then Krystals might not be for them.I am beyond livid.

I was glad to find a Krystal Restaurant that was still in Operation. Some in my area have been closing. The food was piping hot, the Service was excellent, and there was no wait time in the drive-thru line.

Went to the Krystal drive through today. They were cleaing the drive in front of the speaker. The lady doing the cleaning said pull to the window and order. I did and waited a long time. Finally a young lady Deanna, came asked me what I was doing? I explained trying to order. Her associate told me to pull around. She said no. We can't do that. You have to pull back to the speaker and order. Since I had waited so long there was no 10 cars in line.Ridiculous I was trying to place a simple 10$ order. But the lady at the windows attitude. She actually was insulting in the way she spoke to me. Yet she is the person that was selected to interact with customers.I'll never go back and I'll warn everyone interested the same.

Got ones because I couldn't put zero! The young staff there are horrible. I asked for a sackful with cheese, freshly cooked and extra wet because I live so far away from the restaraunt. I could hear a young lady in the background of the drive thru mic talking smart. When I got to the window they were still laughing and playing. It totally turned me away from this location on Lawrenceville hwy.
