Honestly, my first time on last week was a win! The host was a pleasure, attentive, helpful and accommodating. The host today 10/24/25 (a different woman than from last week) wasn’t even visible for an undesirable amount of time after I walked in. Someone from the back had to go find her and make her aware of a customer. The Grandma style pizza we got the FIRST time was crispy to the bite, the flavor was good and the ingredients were even better! Today 10/24/25 was straight trash execution. Soft ass Grandma slices (who wants a soggy pizza, bro?), barely any sauce and very stingy with the toppings I might add. I’m a stickler for consistency and on my second visit I’ve already got trust issues. SMH. Management, what’s going on here? Aht. Not under your watch.

Really, really delicious pizza! They make their own sunflower seed cheese in-house, and it’s absolutely incredible—it truly makes the pizza special. The flavors are so fresh and balanced. They’re usually very busy, so plan ahead when ordering. I do wish they’d improve the wait times though—once I ordered ahead with a 45-minute estimate and ended up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for my food.

They had an issue with their oven on Friday, wait time was long, I was thinking about canceling & getting a fast food Pizza, glad I didn’t. Got their Grandma Pizza sheet, it was delicious! The dough was very tasty. Nice & fluffy. Will definitely be going back for more! Highly recommend!

Amalgami Labs
Just moved into the area and saw this place on the corner and knew I had to try it out. Had a slice of the Grandma pizza with pep & mushrooms and it was amazing. You get a solid portion for the price, and the dough quality and texture/lightness was amazing. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough just on the quality and affordability of their single slices alone but I am eager to try out one of their specialty za’s now that I know the ingredients and execution are solid!
Update: came back the next day it was so good to try a different topping combo (Chorizo & Cotija for a mildly spicier profiled slice) and it was just as good as the first experience!

The ingredients were clearly high quality, but something about the execution just didn’t work. We got the bbq pizza as well as the arugula and fig. The bbq pizza was just lacking flavor. Not enough sauce at all and bland. The cheese tastes like good quality cheese. The fig and arugula slice was disappointing as well. The prosciutto, fig, and arugula were all placed after the cook, which wasn’t ideal. I could understand the arugula, but both prosciutto and fig gain depth of flavor in the oven. It was very mid, which sucks because we had been looking forward to trying this place out. We love pizza.

I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the fluffy and yet super crispy crust. Reminded me of very old school Pizza Hut pan 🍕 if you know you know! Enjoy! 😉

I used to buy bread here before the bakery closed. So, I was excited to try the pizza. Unfortunately, the sauce was salty and the crust was burnt and tough. I couldn’t eat it.
