I love Brasas. I don’t live around there but whenever I’m in town I stop by and enjoy the fried chicken, salad with cucumber dressing, and the fries are delicious. I’ve had lovely servers like Xavier and Stormie and the bartender Natalie is amazing as well. Across the board 5 stars ! I requested to watch some women’s basketball as well, had a great drink at the bar and good conversation!

Wow, everything was delicious! Came with my family, we split a whole chicken, beef hearts, and mussels. The sauces really kicked everything off, with the beef heart being the surprising standout. Very tender and juicy! Service was great.

We’ve been coming to Las Brasas for a long time because we truly love the food. The fried chicken is my absolute favorite we literally drive 30 minutes just to eat here.
Unfortunately, our experience with the server Xavier has been consistently disappointing. He rarely checks on us, our drinks take a long time, and he’s the only one who automatically adds gratuity. While I understand that it’s allowed, the service simply doesn’t match the added tip.
We’ll keep coming back for the food, but we hope the service improves.
