I want to make sure this is a fair review. I’ll begin with the things we did enjoy about Leon’s. They have a lovely bar area and good drinks. The service at the bar and dining was good. Their fries are delicious.Overall though, we came out of the dining experience feeling like we did not get our moneys worth as far as the food was concerned. This was due largely to portion sizes in comparison to pricing. It seems the restaurant goes light on entree portions and relies heavily on their sides instead. The chicken and risotto dish was all risotto. They did not provide a full piece of chicken in the dish. Rather, the chicken was simply 3 small, thin medallions. The steaks were smaller than anticipated at roughly 3-4 oz. It came with a huge portion of fries which emphasized the smaller portion of meat. Also note, the restaurant does not allow substitutions of any kind. The food wasn’t horrible but for the money I do believe there’s better value to be had elsewhere.Overall, I would recommend the bar but wouldn’t dine here again for my particular tastes.

We came to Leon’s for dinner and it was great! My wife had the duck and it was fantastic. I ordered the hangar steak and really enjoyed that too. Overall, great restaurant for a nice (but not too nice) night out.The cocktails were also really good. We had a wide variety of drinks, and each one was unique and well made.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant seemed to be very accessible for wheelchairs
Expensive for the portions you receive. Dinner plates are appetizer size.

Went for a weekday birthday and was very happy with the food and the service was top tier. The hanger steak with hand cut fries was excellent. The crispy Brussels were perfect. Can't speak to the mussels as I have an allergy--but I heard they were just OK....my parter reported that the broth wasn't rich enough to give them full flavor and the chorizo was very very tough (maybe dried? but a bit misplaced in the dish) All in all we'll definitely go back. What was misses in flavor with one dish was made up for with remarkable service.

We had a really good meal here. It's a bit pricey, but the quality was great. I had the tater tots as a meal. Great flavor. The risotto was good, as was the salad, members of my party said. The highlight of the meal was the mocktail and the service. Great visit! I would return.

Visited here yesterday for the first time. Service was good except for at the end. Waitress seemed a little dismissive. We both had the burger with fries and coffee's. The coffee was okay and I didn't like that. They didn't have real sugar and only milk. The burgers were delicious and the fries were really good too Jo. My friend gave it a 5 overall and I gave them A 4. Overall because of the bad coffee. Or not so good coffee and no sugar and dismissive waitress at the end. Oh, also I love the music they played. Old i guessSoul music. I liked but dont have to go again.

The entire time my partner and I were there it seemed like we were a nuisance. We experience this a lot being black and queer. We sat at the bar and had to ask for everything we needed at least 3 times. I am a bartender myself and I never leave reviews but being here made us really sad.
