If I could give this location a half star review, I would. Actually, it doesn’t even deserve half a star. My mother and I walked in to place an order, and as we came in, one of the employees walked to the back without acknowledging us. While we stood there waiting for five minutes, we had made eye contact with a young female employee sitting in the back playing on her phone. She then got up, put some boxes of pizza away, and did not return to assist us. We immediately left, disgusted at how whoever was on shift tonight blatantly ignored us.This is absolutely unacceptable. We took our business to another location and were served immediately upon our arrival.

Everytime I place a DoorDash order here they cancel it. And the one time I’ve been inside the location there was a fight between the customer and staff. And even tho they close at ten as soon as 9pm hits they start closing and cleaning… I’ve worked food and that’s not how it works… yll do that at 10 when u CLOSE!. I know all fast food is suffering right now because nowhere is paying right. But maybe this place should at least be removed from DoorDash if they can’t fulfill orders

Customer service is horrible. My deep dish wasn’t all the way cooked. I wanted it redone and they recooked the same pizza. It’s still doughy. Sad, you should see the nasty looking windows. That should of game me a sign to not go in.

I'd give them a higher rating, but there's one consistent problem that plagues this location. There's not enough sauce on the pizza. So you get less actual pizza that you expect and more cheese bread with a pizza centre. If I wanted Crazy Bread with a pizza centre, I'd ask for it. If they're going to do this, they could give me a couple of dipping cups of tomato sauce to make up for it. It's a shame because they do everything else really well.Also, too, apparently nobody gets hot n' ready anything at this location, so you'll just have to use the app to get a fresh pizza made. But you want that anyway.

They made a mistake on my order, which is no problem. The problem is when I called to see if I can fix issue over phone nobody answered. I had to spend my time and gas to go back to store. They fixed my order but manager was not there to compensate for inconvenience.
