Good food. Service and accuracy, not so much. Second wrong order in 1 week. First time, it was obvious that the cashier was not paying attention when taking my order. The second time, an item was missing from our online order. It was a sizable order. We realize that sometimes these things get missed. When I returned to get the item, the cashier asked to see the “tray”. ”What tray,” I replied. “Your food,” she stated. I told her the food was at home and people were eating it. That’s how we discovered that an item was missing. Long story made short, she tried to place the error and responsibility on me, after we just ordered $100 worth of food. Her rationale… “they can’t keep loosing money.” Then she copped an attitude acted like she was doing me a favor by correcting their mistake.Poor service, poor quality assurance, bad attitudes are why you lose money and business. I want this place to be successful. I’m not sure the person manning the register today has the same goal.

Really good street tacos here. Parking is in the back, but it's a small lot. The dining room is small, but the food is great. Got the chips & guacamole to start. Fresh and good. I came for the tacos, so I got the chicken tinga, fish, al pastor, carne asada, barbacoa tacos. They were all excellent, but they definitely went heavy on the onions. Could be less there. But they're super solid street tacos.

No. I came here on a weekday evening based on the good reviews and was disappointed by everything. The queso was thick, chunky, grainy, and smoky flavored. I got the Impossible "meat" taco which was 2 out of 5 in taste, and the fish? Well, I think it was fish. It was cold with this weird slaw on top that had an unpleasant, unidentifiable taste. It didn't taste fresh at all...probably because my order was ready while I was still standing at the counter ordering. The young waitress was by herself and couldn't keep up with clearing tables & taking orders, so we bussed our own table. There are only about 6 small tables in the place, even though if they moved the dozens of crates of Jarrito's, they could fit in another few tables. Poorly run, organized, and tasting.

I heard the hype about this place and was so excited to try it and left very disappointed. Our tacos were cold, the tortillas were so stiff. The employees didn’t put all the things we requested we were missing out drinks & fries had to order again.I asked for 3 cups for water assuming they would ask which flavor or plain water but nope they just gave us the cups.Beautiful place but not worth it in my experience.

My First Visit here & the Cashier Was Terrible! I Only Ordered 2 Tacos? To Go,inwhich she didn't know why & didn't inform me of .75cent Xtra Charge & $1Xtra for Lettuce. So it was $8.26. Since the Cashier Gave Me BAD ? CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ASK FOR A REFUND & WALKED OUT!

This is a smaller restaurant with rear building parking. (The lot is shared amongst a few businesses.) Was greeted quickly when I entered and food was prepared quickly. Reasonable prices. They bring chips/salsa to table. Chips were well done and very good. Very fresh salsa. Had a carne asada and fish taco. Both were delicious. Would come back here again!

Honestly the tacos were quite disappointing. The lengua was bland, and the salsa was the worst part- it tasted like watered down tomato paste- no flavor, no spice. The barbacoa was tough, and the pastor was ok. Their tamal was decent, but it was a bit dry and did not taste fresh. Overall- not worth the money when there are authentic amazing places all along buford highway
