I placed an order for a pizza at 12:00 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 6:00 PM. When I inquired at the cashier around the scheduled time, my pizza was not yet ready. I asked if she had seen my order ticket, and it was not in the designated made line. The manager became upset and explained she was busy making many pizzas, but the mobile app orders placed in advance had not yet been prepared. My pizza was finally ready approximately one hour later.

First Lady

I just wanted to specifically give a shout out to the pizza maker with the long dreads. She is awesome at this Harris location when I first moved to Georgia Marco’s was my favorite piece of Spot in Norcross, but since moving to the Decatur area eight years later, she is by far the best pizza maker on this side and that side of town I want her to know that she is greatly appreciated For her work, I usually just get a piece of for the kids, but When I know it’s her preparing the pizza I make sure I indulge its The way all Marco‘s pizza locations should prepare their pizzaif she’s watching reviews I want you to know you are greatly appreciate it, luv!

I'm still gonna eat pizza cause I love Marcos but y'all know y'all can cut these veggies a lil better than this I just feel like that's lack of effort cause why am I wasting whole bell peppers and onions

This place is disgraceful. Order placed over an hour ago. Called twice to get an update, then of course, when the order finally got here. It was cold and nasty. It was also incorrect at the end of all of this. Don’t waste your money.

The manager Brittany or worker is deplorable! She’s an absolute liability for that company! Tried to tell her that I placed an order through the Marco’s App and somehow location 2071 got the order in Decatur, GA. She told me that I couldn’t explain nothing to her and that I had ordered from there before which is why the order went there! Mind you I was staying in Dunwoody, GA just for the night and I have never been to Decatur, GA! She then tells me that I should have ordered from another Marco’s which is what I told her that I had done! If I can ever get a hold of ownership or corporate, I’m definitely filing a complaint!!!

Greasy pizza bowl. Brittany was not friendly and made me feel like I was a bother. The front of the restaurant had dust and crumbs on the table. There were pieces of trash and food on the floor. Yuke.

There was litterally no pizza sauce on the pizza as if they were running out of red sauce. The bread was rubbish. I was waiting at the front for 10 minutes before anyone noticed and the guy in the back looked at me and went out the back door…

I just walked in a few moments ago to try to place an order when the manager ask me am I trying to place an order I said yes they said I’m not taking any new orders right now. I asked when would they be taking order? She said I don’t know but I’m not taking orders right now. I’m trying to finish up this ordee. terrible customer service she could at least directed me to the nearest Marcos. Being is from out of town. I won’t be coming back here Absolutely Rude.

6/6/25 8pm, I ordered a large triple pep online. I get there about 8:15, the young guy said it’ll be about 5 more minutes. I sat down for 15 more mins, go back to the counter and he says about 2 mins. I get my pizza at 9:10pm!!! All the extra pep were piled on one side on like 2 slices when I opened it in the store! I said there’s no extra cheese, no garlic butter/parm crust, and the manager acted as if he was terrified to even speak up or say something to the other guys in the back playing instead of having people waiting over an hour for ONE pizza… I’ve never had this issues when the ladies are working, but that was completely unprofessional! I actually loved this location, but they put a really bad taste in my mouth! Nothing I PAID extra for was added not even the .99 garlic butter cup!!!
