Greasy pizza bowl. Brittany was not friendly and made me feel like I was a bother. The front of the restaurant had dust and crumbs on the table. There were pieces of trash and food on the floor. Yuke.

There was litterally no pizza sauce on the pizza as if they were running out of red sauce. The bread was rubbish. I was waiting at the front for 10 minutes before anyone noticed and the guy in the back looked at me and went out the back door…

I just walked in a few moments ago to try to place an order when the manager ask me am I trying to place an order I said yes they said I’m not taking any new orders right now. I asked when would they be taking order? She said I don’t know but I’m not taking orders right now. I’m trying to finish up this ordee. terrible customer service she could at least directed me to the nearest Marcos. Being is from out of town. I won’t be coming back here Absolutely Rude.

6/6/25 8pm, I ordered a large triple pep online. I get there about 8:15, the young guy said it’ll be about 5 more minutes. I sat down for 15 more mins, go back to the counter and he says about 2 mins. I get my pizza at 9:10pm!!! All the extra pep were piled on one side on like 2 slices when I opened it in the store! I said there’s no extra cheese, no garlic butter/parm crust, and the manager acted as if he was terrified to even speak up or say something to the other guys in the back playing instead of having people waiting over an hour for ONE pizza… I’ve never had this issues when the ladies are working, but that was completely unprofessional! I actually loved this location, but they put a really bad taste in my mouth! Nothing I PAID extra for was added not even the .99 garlic butter cup!!!

OMG!!! My very first experience at Marco's Pizza with Ms. Carvetta was an extraordinary experience. The customer service is awesome, the food is great, the place is clean and well kept up. I would encourage everyone to check out this Marco's pizza. I praise God for Ms. Carvetta!!!😊😇

I’ve always been a fan of Marco’s, especially due to the convenience of this location. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to pick up a prepaid order, the service I received was unacceptable.
The young woman with light pink hair was rude and dismissive. She slammed my order onto the counter and appeared to be wearing headphones, which made it difficult for her to hear me when I pointed out that the additional sauces I had paid for were missing. Despite providing my receipt as proof, she seemed unwilling to believe me. Eventually, she handed me the sauces in an unprofessional and aggressive manner.
This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had, and I will not be returning to this location.
