The drive thru is really an order thru, you place an order then they ask you to park and deliver it to you. It hardly counts as fast food. Very slow service. I think I could eat faster at a restaurant with table service.

This is one of the better McDs in the Atlanta area. Almost great tea, coffee, and fresh food which is a gamble at most McDs nowadays. Breakfast and lunch are good, evening shift quality is not good.

Very bad service, the workers not friendly at all the place is unsafe there were fights inside the establishment and no one did anything there was even an armed man entering and leaving several times I do not recommend eating in the place I just left there with my family

When I picked it up, everything was in a single bag — my daughter's two fries were missing, her Happy Meal toy wasn't included, and one medium fry was also missing. I'm very upset because we’re paying with our own money — nothing is given for free. I'm extremely disappointed with this establishment.

We stopped here for coffee. One of the employees kids was running around causing disruptions unchecked.

I bought food at this restaurant and ate outside because I'm feeling unwell today. In fact, I have to work today and I actually ordered here TWICE, eating outside both times, lunch and dinner. When I went inside to get a refill, *I NEVER LEFT THE RESTAURANT SITE* and I was told I'd have to pay for it or leave.
I have never eaten at McDonalds where I was charged for my refill. The teenager was really rude about it, even though I offered to show my receipt, he wasn't interested in facts, he said I have to pay for my refill, which I know isnt a fact since I'm always at McDonalds ordering food... in fact, it felt really like he had some kind of bias against me, he acted like I was stealing, I think he thought I was a homeless person or something, which is no excuse to make such an unprofessional scene anyhow. When I asked about his manager he pointed at a random group seated in the dining room, and they just stared at us- I assume those were all workers on break and their small children just hanging out. Now I'll be contacting corporate through the McDonald's app and the survey receipt until I get a response about being treated like a thief.
This location is my main stop for lunch, helluva way to lose my constant business. I also will not be delivering for my side gig app from here anymore.
