I bought food at this restaurant and ate outside because I'm feeling unwell today. In fact, I have to work today and I actually ordered here TWICE, eating outside both times, lunch and dinner. When I went inside to get a refill, *I NEVER LEFT THE RESTAURANT SITE* and I was told I'd have to pay for it or leave.
I have never eaten at McDonalds where I was charged for my refill. The teenager was really rude about it, even though I offered to show my receipt, he wasn't interested in facts, he said I have to pay for my refill, which I know isnt a fact since I'm always at McDonalds ordering food... in fact, it felt really like he had some kind of bias against me, he acted like I was stealing, I think he thought I was a homeless person or something, which is no excuse to make such an unprofessional scene anyhow. When I asked about his manager he pointed at a random group seated in the dining room, and they just stared at us- I assume those were all workers on break and their small children just hanging out. Now I'll be contacting corporate through the McDonald's app and the survey receipt until I get a response about being treated like a thief.
This location is my main stop for lunch, helluva way to lose my constant business. I also will not be delivering for my side gig app from here anymore.

I ordered off the McDonald's app. When I arrived, the store was completely closed and the app said my food had already been delivered. I tried to get help through the app but there's no way to indicate that the order wasn't received and all I could do is leave customer feedback. Terrible service and watch out for the app stealing from you.

Order was wrong TWICE and food was mediocre at best. Ordered a Cheeseburger bundle and only recived the nuggets & fries. also was given a medium when I ordered a large. All of this because the non-contact order machine did not print my receipt

I went through the drive thru to place an order, but I was told after I got to the window that I couldn't use the deal nor could they make an exchange...so I canceled my order. I was disappointed, but things happen and I went about my day. This morning I log into my account and see that they charged someone else's order to my account. Nobody answered the phone there and now my bank had to launch and investigation that way they can dispute the charges.
