Probably one of the slowest Mcdonalds in the area. They are scarcely staffed and could use more multi task training. ❤️ never had a problem with anyone attitude wise- kind staff. Foods hot. Just a very, very, very long wait period.

First of all this restaurant has too many bad reviews and a lot of complaints.I am tired of inconsistent customer service.I ordered a cold coffee and all I wanted was a refill.The manager who works at night needs to go as soon as possible.I will make it my every day mission to get this night manager out of here.Just because you put twenty years into a job doesn’t give you the right to make the guest experience bad.They got one more strike with me.

the staff there are ABSOLUTELY disrespectful & disgusting towards the customers ,, they don’t wanna take orders nd they go in the back & laugh at you . THAT TEAM THERE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ALL OF THEM THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! the way they take orders nd make your food is sloppy and unprofessional. I thought about working there part time because I was looking for a second job but I don’t wanna work in an environment with workers like that I would be EMBARRASSED to be apart of the crew . The higher ups need some new hires and they need to FIRE EVERYONE THERE ! the other day I went in nd ordered on the kiosk a McDouble no pickles no mustard they put it on there anyway nd im ALLERGIC TO MUSTARD and I heard the guy in the back complain about it, the only two employees that I see do their job is the darkskin female manager and the lightskin girl with the two puffs in her head with the light colored hair thanks to them they are very respectful nd helpful but the rest of them needa be fired ASAP . thats bad business!

The management is usually very nice but One of the managers said he's going to follow customers and take pictures or videos of people while they're using the restooms.

Abysmally slow and understaffed. Couldn't take the order of the lady in front of me because they couldn't change a $20 bill. Long lines inside where for literally several minutes No One came to take orders. (And the kiosks were all nonfunctional. And it's not cheap. Very grumpy customers all around.

The food was good but the establishment is giving a den of thieves. I ordered a McChicken which I had a reward for but somehow ended up being charged $36.57. I called corporate and they said they can't do anything and would tell the restaurant. Two times I've reported them and they never contacted me. SMH!!!!! I will never come back here.

I haven’t been here in at least a year, last time I came it was horrible. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries, when I tell you I swear on my children, the burger tasted like it was sitting under a light all day, the bread was HARD, and the meat was HARD AND BURNT. I just don’t understand, and the location they’re in to be doing the stuff they’re doing. It’s ridiculous!
