I’m here now at the restaurant, it’s 5:46am and the cashier telling me they don’t have no drinks! She yelling through the speaker saying ( WHAT YOU WANNA ORDER SOMEthing to EAT ?) I’m confused on why this is happening right now! I patronize this location every morning and it’s always an issue , trying to figure out why!!! Why don’t they have any Beverages, what’s going on who made the orders? This is not professional at all! The manager EULA, came to the window with an attitude saying the water main broke! But why didn’t we have her on the speaker with a more pleasant voice to let us know before we sit in the line! Also that’s not sanitary cooking in a restaurant without water, how are we cleaning the grill s , without unsanitary water, how are we cleaning dishes with water that’s not sanitary, wiping counter tops down with water that’s not clean, what’s really going on HERE?

So clean and orderly! We came for lunch after church and had a very easy time ordering. The service was impeccable. My child played in the play place and everything was clean and functional. Way better than any McDonald’s Ive been to in a while.

I had a horrible experience Last night on Saturday night me and my friends where going for a late night snack when who i assum was the manager ( a bigger set black women) had a horrible attitude from the very beginning which made no sense because i was very kind to her then she rudely cuts me off as im speaking hands me the wrong food then ask for the food back aggressively while im asking her about my snacm wrap coupon which we ended up not receiving after we payed nd gave the coupon to them it was all around a horrible experience and horrible customer service from that lady she was very unwelcoming

There were lot lizards in the parking lot....staff including management was watching surveillance cameras instead of the window clocks.Food was incorrect.Manager was more into doing things on her phone to successfully correct my order.Same manager from candler road store just about the same issues at this location now
Lightskin girl @4am sitting in parking lot with freinds with headset on ignoring all customers and her job completely stealing time sitting outside doing absolutely nothing! And I would suggest if it isn't freinds than it was the whole crew out there stealing time and shattering cost and profits 24 hours huh? Lol 24 house bsing around screwing the owners lol. Need to literally fire the whole staff. Never coming back i watched 4-5 cars come and go within 3-4 min what a waisted opportunity to feed hungry people. And could have atleast had the courtesy to say something instead of jumping in the car and ignoring everyone. Not 1 person in the restaurant. We'd jun 11th around 4:10AM specifically! So you know exactly who it was fire them.

I wish people would have courtesy and understand this place is absolutely PACKED! This is like the ONLY McDonald’s for a whole while and they’re not packed with workers! We go to this McDonald’s all the time, their breakfast is absolutely AMAZING, and their fries are ALWAYS HOT, and they always get our order correct. I see these comments and it’s sad how yall do people, it’s not like they’re just sitting right there looking at each other while the line backs up! THEY ARE WORKING! God Bless!
