I've been going to McDonald's most of my life, and usually, it's been consistent in food quality in all locations I've been to nationwide. This location has been really good for the last 6 months. But, yesterday's order was quite a surprise. Everything in the order was good and as expected except for the Quarter Pounder. In the last 25 years of mostly ordering the Quarter Pounder this was the first one that was Raw and totally Uncooked in the middle. ( See photo) This was really shocking and potentially Dangerous due to the meat being mostly Uncooked. I'll give this McDonald's location another chance, hopefully it was a one time incident.

We waited 20 mins for a pick up .. on top of that we ask for extra ketchup at counter the guy looked us in the face and completely ignored us .. terrible customer service!!!!

First, please take note that the ALL the recent 5 star reviews for this low-cation have no commentary 🤔 Anyways, they have shut down the soda fountain in the lobby but the staff seems to forget this, we had to ask for our drinks twice after receiving our food. The fries were bland and half empty. But what they serve plenty of here is attitude! They genuinely seem pissed they have to make the drinks for lobby guests now <<-- corporate choice, not your customers. Your junk food is too overpriced now - you can't afford to be rude anymore and your rapidly dropping sales are screaming it. Listen!

I don’t even go to McDonald’s but when I do i have never encountered someone so rude. Clooney, the girl with the glasses I’m not sure if she needs a different shift but her attitude was terrible tonight. 0/10 i already don’t recommend eating here but i definitely do not recommend this particular McDonalds because of her attitude.
