Rude employees, no napkins, ketchup, salt, pepper, creamer on customer counter. I've never seen a mcdonald's so stingy with basic condiments and hot coffee. And the food didn't taste good at all. I'll stick to my mcdonald's in cobb county. This is raggedy.

As a former employee, I find the company itself highly unrewarding as it consistently pushes for things that I certainly couldn’t abide, and while management has certainly gotten better since I worked there, I should be able to say that I was in fact, paid by the old manager to make this positive review a long while ago and I feel it deserves to be revised

I always get a double fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce at McDonald's. I have never had a problem getting extra tartar sauce. For the first time, the McDonald's of Lawrenceville highway and North druid hills want to charge me for extra tartar sauce. If they can give out extra ketchup why are they charging for extra tartar sauce.

I normally don’t complain but just wanted to say I got cheated on my large Mocha Frappe today! And on a morning when I really needed a huge boost: I think the worker put in what was needed for a medium because my large Frappe was certainly short. When I said something to them at the drive thru I was told the machine did the portioning. Well somebody has to tell the machine what size, right? Did not want to help make it right…. But not surprised. The photos are before I put the straw in…..

Rated this because recently whoever they have at the window sticks her arm out with your food in her hand, doesn’t look up to acknowledge the PAYING customer and gets irritated if you ask for condiments. Very rude, the worst In customer service. A couple of times I simply didn’t reach for my food, forcing her to eventually look around and actually see who she was serving. The absolute worse. Perhaps they should try treating people as humans and not some object on an assembly line.

Stopped at this location after my night shift job ordered a sausage biscuit combo and steak bagel combo let me start by saying I’m very upset I bit into a half cooked sausage patty and the hash browns were soggy as if they were pulled up too soon. It’s enough going on right now with this franchise ex: quarter pounders being recalled and taken off menu.
