The Manager here is a lazy, incompetent, and problematic person. Restaurant said OPEN on Christmas Day via App, Website, and Google. Placed an Order, Couldn’t Cancel it, waited until next day to go back (also called). Immediately was met with eye rolls, cussing in Spanish, and refusal to even look at my receipt. She couldn’t even keep track of her own story when making excuses. What’s messing up the USA is people like this. Who do nothing but want all the reward.
All the other employees here are usually nicer. Won’t be coming back here even though it’s the closest to my house.

My wife and I get a frappe and smoothie EVERY day faithfully. Sometimes three or four times a day, depending on our money. This McDonald’s always has good and fast service and gets the frappe and smoothies right!

I've been going to McDonald's most of my life, and usually, it's been consistent in food quality in all locations I've been to nationwide. This location has been really good for the last 6 months. But, yesterday's order was quite a surprise. Everything in the order was good and as expected except for the Quarter Pounder. In the last 25 years of mostly ordering the Quarter Pounder this was the first one that was Raw and totally Uncooked in the middle. ( See photo) This was really shocking and potentially Dangerous due to the meat being mostly Uncooked. I'll give this McDonald's location another chance, hopefully it was a one time incident.

We waited 20 mins for a pick up .. on top of that we ask for extra ketchup at counter the guy looked us in the face and completely ignored us .. terrible customer service!!!!
