Today makes the second time that this particular location mess things up. I'm a rewards member and get McDonald's more than often for my 6 year old. I came last week on my lunch break ordering a double quarter pounder meal. It was messed up missing a patty. For the price they should make accuracy as urgency. Today. Ordered my daughter happy meal with extra fries and they always miss something in your order all while asking for a survey. I'm big on giving good reviews and surveys, but this time NO. this is an ongoing issue at this location and I'll not be returning!

Went there 12/12 around 6:53 pm order 3 5 dollars meal to over 30 minutes to get my order. Went into the store ask about my order and they was playing around like it was an outdoor playground. I ask for a manager and he looks me right in the face like I wasn't asking for him ( Charles, I think his name was.) He spoke up after I said I was going to call corp. Office. He then offered me free food which I declined. They don't have enough food in that store to make up for bad customer service. I will never go there again

I ask the lady who gave me my food could I get my cup she said I wasn’t charged for one instead of just looking at the receipt that was clearly taped to the bag. S Coke. I would not recommend this store if you want to have a good day. All the points and all the rewards on the mobile app don’t make up for the messed up day you will have going to this McDonald.

When is this place gonna get its life together? The people here are sorry as hell they take forever to get your order right waste your time and then you just set in the line for no reason. I just left the place. I sat in line for 15 minutes the drive-through was not moving barely I get all the way to the line use my code and they wanna tell me breakfast is not Being served anymore even though breakfast was over 15 to 20 minutes prior to be showing up just a waste of energy all these people here need to find a new job at 2.9 rating. Here is crazy and they don’t even care as some kind of dignity with your job. Your people piss me off.

My name is Niegel( the woman whom took my order ask my name) I got off work thinking this about this McDonald's I frequent. I asked for two Big Macs, Two large fries and a small Dr. Pepper, I asked could I have it cooked to order, I'll wait. Well, I waited and when I started eating the fries, they were cold, felt like I was chewing on rubber bands, that killed my whole mood, 20.00 dollars wasted. Big Macs were warm as well. I had not eaten all day, hoping this would be good, but it was not. Thank you!!👀👀

I drove up to this restaurant and the price on the menu sign is different from what the cashier is pricing a Big bMac she said it was $12.70 almost $13 which I thought that was really ridiculous and I said ma’am the price of the big Mac on this sign says $9.69. She said that’s in other locations. I said Mail your sign here at the drive-through said $9.69. I don’t know if they’re trying to get extra money, but all I know is that the manager needs to check the signs outside of the drive-through so it won’t be no discretions or confuse to the employee about the prices. I hope this gets your attention and change the issue. Thank you.
