The worst McDonald’s ever do not stop here

All I wanted to do was wash my hands after I used the restroom & ordered my food. The dispenser didn’t have soap, and the mod acted like he was more concerned with bagging orders than giving me SOAP. Soap to wash my freaking hands. This makes me think this establishment is dirty and nasty all over. I’m calling corporate! This is disgusting

This restaurant is horrible. Me and my family came down here and ordered but we got half of our stuff back. Some of it was missing, one of our chicken nuggets were gone, two drinks were gone, and a chicken sandwich. We went to ask one of them and they walked past us FIVE times, even looking back at us one time and smiled.
Didn't give us our chicken nuggets back, no straws, cold food, no lettuce or mayo on our sandwiches, rude employees, horrible atmosphere.
Horrible customer services, yall need to do better. Only one person ( who i assumed is the manager ) was working and doing his job. Everyone else wasn't.

This place is horrible, services is bad, night shift always have an attitude so rude, you hear nothing but the manager yelling smh, they alway wish I could put zero stars. They need to be shut down.

Wasn’t expecting this honestly never happened to me before until now like really an raw burger, employees need to be retrained because this is a lawsuit now if I end up sick this is why, also majority of the workers were “horse playing” around while I was waiting on my order for 45 minutes highly disappointed in McDonalds yall are expected to follow a specific protocol ,my food also tasted cold, salty, and oily and like real salty like high blood pressure giving salty. .

The staff at this location displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. It is unacceptable for any employee to speak to customers in a disrespectful manner, especially first thing in the morning. While I understand the nature of this location, there is no justification for treating paying customers poorly. During my visit, I repeatedly asked the cashier if she was okay, yet she remained rude and visibly frustrated about performing her job duties. If working as a cashier at McDonald’s is her chosen role, professionalism and basic customer service should be expected. It’s unfortunate to witness such negativity in a customer-facing position. I strongly recommend hiring staff with better customer service skills to ensure a more positive experience for customers.
