Today 8.7.25 was the worst experience I have ever and I mean ever had! I placed my order through the mobile app, parked and waited from 12:52 p - 1:20 p in curbside parking for a freaking happy meal and medium fry. At 1:20 I went inside with my screaming toddler and had to explain to multiple people the above and that I just wanted my child's happy meal I paid for via the app. Showed my receipt, gave order # and my names as asked multiple times.
There attitudes were rude, unapologetic and as if I was bothering them. After a few minutes before I found myself getting mad I left as my daughter was screaming still. No refund and no food!
Upon attempting to leave I am blocked in by several police officers who are running with their weapons drawn to apprehend it seems one person. Way too much going on and still left with NO FOOD and terrible service!!

Okay, it’s a suburban McDonald’s. No one ever expects quality food but the people have always been nice. Paper in the burger? Knowing that no one is going to go back for a refund? How can we trust that nothing else is going into the food if they miss something like paper on a patty? It’s going to be a while before I do any McDonald’s again.

They literally gave me 2 room temperature McChicken sandwiches. The mayonnaise was clearly expired or went sour from being left out for an extended period of time. This location is of such poor quality. You will be disappointed 90 percent of the time.

First McDonalds I ever been to that doesn’t do refills. Tables where not wipe down. People left their food on the table. Some of the tables in the play room were not wipe down. It was warm and muggy in the playroom. Floor hadn’t been moped in a while and door hadn’t been wiped down in while. Gnats were flying around. Homeless people in the restaurant asking to buy something to eat. One guy said he was a homeless veteran. But he had on air max and Apple Watch.

Ordered 2 meals with large fries and large Cokes, the bag shoved at me had only 1 large fry. Told the attendant who then brought me a small fry. Burgers had no ketchup or pickles - skimpy mustard only - and were put together upside down. Not good.

Terrible location. Just waited 20 minutes to be told that they’re doing a shift change and I have to cancel my order because they have no food ready. I ordered online because I’ve waited at the drive thru in the past (late night) only to get to the windows and be told they’re only taking online orders. Just ghetto

It say online they closed at 1am but if u come by 10:55pm they closed I don’t understand who in charge of this business and hours but they need to fix it asap!!
I had to wait in the drive thru for 24 minutes before i could order. So I went inside wasn’t any better. And all I wanted was a coffee..

Disgusting male manager today I asked for 6 sauces for my kid he tells me no then says they charge a dollar a sauce took my money for the sauces then couldn’t give me a receipt for the transaction
