This was my 2nd time visiting Mod pizza. I love that you create your own pizza and its made within minutes. I took my hubby and he loved it too. We will definitely be back. Oh, dont forget to get the dessert. ( No name cake) Get the app to earn rewards.

Service and quality is incredibly inconsistent, and online ordering rarely works. Ordered in person one time and the employee gave me grief for having the audacity to ask for cheese because he would “have to go get more from the back” if I really wanted it. Attached is my pizza which I ordered to only have one topping besides cheese — “extra bacon.” Can’t hardly see enough bacon to even call it light, much less extra.

Jeanie was funny, attentive & informative. I had a weird request to have my ricotta spread throughout my pizza dough & she did it without a problem. Other staff was also friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, I felt very welcome. My only complaint is that the ice machine wasn’t working but other than that no complaints at all.
Very disappointing experience. They made our order incorrectly twice, even after we clearly explained what needed to be fixed. The staff seemed careless and not attentive to details.
While they did issue a refund, we still left hungry and frustrated, which defeats the purpose of going out to eat. Accuracy and basic care should not be this difficult. I understand the new staff can make mistakes but it is not a mistake if done twice in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
