This used to be my favorite moe’s location, but after trying this location for a third time after their renovation and new ownership/management, I will never be back. Every time I have been in here the service has been PAINFULLY slow. The younger staff members are rude and constantly remark on how they don’t want to work. The older staff are nice enough, but no one in the store seems to have been trained properly on how to manage volume. The food is fine, Moe’s is formulaic, but the toppings have been reduced and the food stations are consistently messy.

Train your cooks better. All cooks should try the stuff before they put out for customers. Take a small spoon and taste it!!!!! This is the third time they serving undercooked rice!!!! Come on!!! Something so simple but ignored. No one wants uncooked rice!!!

I typically go up here on break but I haven’t been in a while because when I previously got food from here, it wasn’t the best. About a year ago, my coworkers and I would always come to this Moes and it would be PACKED. The service would be great and the food would be delicious! The crowd is nearly as big if not barely any customers in there and this was prior to the renovations. I’ve been warned not to go up here from my coworkers due to the prices and the quality of food and they were right and this confirmed my previous experience. I believe the manager serviced me today but I believe he serviced me last time as well. Just because the place is renovated and new management has came in does not make it better. I am VERY disappointed and the I had moes last week in Tucker and ordered the exact same thing which was a crunch wrap with regular chicken, no queso, nothing extra! I’m not stingy with meat but last time I came I barely got a SCOOP of meat and this time it was just about a scoop and this is imporstnt considering what you are getting especially for a home wrecker or anything with dough. Someway, my total at the is location came up to $14.00!!!!! Not to mention, they dont have a lot of selection at this location either as far as the toppings. And they gave me very little chips. Very sad ! The picture of the chips is before I started eating them !!!

I had to write to compliment Brenda the manager who saw me struggling going through the trash to look for my EarPods. I had lunch there today which was great. I could not find my EarPods and thought i had accidentally thrown them away after eating there today. She was so helpful and kind and understanding. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her help and kindness she is a keeper. Thank you Brenda !!😍

The food was fine but I'm pretty sure we were overcharged. What struck me the most was the bad service. Repeating ourselves multiple times, still got it wrong, inappropriate personal conversations in front of us, couldn't focus enough to keep track of where we were in the process or even our responses to the questions they just asked us. The place is pretty, at least, if a bit unwelcoming in design.
wish i would have taken pictures of the place. to start off the condiment/drink counter was super messy. table was clean thankfully. behind the counter was super cluttered with the metal bins they keep the food in. the box of foil wraps were sitting on top of the uncovered cheese. the team that were in there had horrible customer service especially the hispanic female. not only did no one say welcome to moes she didn't greet you she just said what are you having. and didn't seem like she really cared to hear what you were saying like she was just rushing. they overcharged because she told the cashier i had steak& chicken& extra chicken i did not ask for extra chicken i simply said i wanted steak& chicken which if im not mistaken they already charge extra for having 2 meats so it's extra on top of that when you say i have extra meat. the menu says the homewrecker includes guacamole but was charged extra for that and barely had any on it. someone else was paying and didn't want to say anything so i didn't but i will get my thoughts out. the rice was like a thick chunk. the chips were more of crumbs. it was such a bad experience this isn't even everything but don't plan to visit this location again im sure the employees wouldn't mind they clearly could care less if they were getting customers. no one in there was focused on customers they were talking amongst each other. smh. none of them have name tags luckily for them because i was looking.

I haven’t been to this location in a while and the atmosphere from previously going is terrible. I came around 3:21ish. The food tasted so old and nasty and I’m not used to that from this location. The guy making my food needs a chill pill because he seems so annoyed that he had to make my burrito and it wasn’t even busy. I’m not sure what’s his problem but if you don’t like your job find another job and stop taking it out on the customers. I’m 9 months pregnant and all I wanted was a burrito but the food was nasty and the worker just not friendly at all. So very disappointed. I don’t see myself coming back to this location anytime soon.

They gave me like 3 little tiny pieces of chicken on my burrito, when I asked for just a little bit more the employee says “THATLL BE $3.75 EXTRA FOR THAT, ONE SCOOP PER ORDER” (all caps because he literally yelled this.) I go to moes all the time and normally I get a decent amount of chicken (that’s why I come) but this location must be trying to save money or something. Definitely won’t be coming to moes any time soon if this is how they act.
