This is my first time I’ve wrote a review complaining about any restaurant ever. This wasn’t a one time thing. My last three visits to this location since they opened back up for renovation have been really bad. The last two times I thought it was just a coincidence that the service was really bad and decided to leave it alone. But after today I just had to write a review because I used to love going to Moe’s once a week but I will no longer be going to this location because it’s just not good. Not only is the quality of food compared to the other locations just terrible, but the staff also is very inexperienced. I even wrote a complaint to corporate which I haven’t got a response back yet because of how bad my order was messed up the other day. Don’t be fooled by the 3.9 star review. Don’t go to this location unless you want over priced, very underwhelming food.

This location was great before the renovation, now every area has gone down. The food is almost double the price, the quality and taste is horrible, and the and portion size is almost a scam. I would suggest driving down the road and spending your money at Willy‘s, Willy’s is cheaper and overall better.

I was a regular customer at this location. They have a new management now. I went on Friday night and had a horrible experience. The person serving my adult quesadilla put half of the cup of chicken on a massive tortilla. I told her to put more chicken on the tortilla and she got mad. I wasn’t paying a full adult meal and being served a kids portion. I got to the conclusion that if you are craving mexican, it’s more cost efficient to go to La Parrilla less than 3 miles away. You will pay the same $ per person and at least you will get free chips and probably better customer service experience.

Moe's used to be half decent but after the rebranding, the new stores are horrible. The food is extremely expensive, the atmosphere is hospital white and there is no personality. Literally go anywhere else.

Used to be a regular at this location until it closed down. The new store has double the staff but is somehow much slower at processing orders. As others have noted, the portion sizes have decreased dramatically. I imagine the new ownership is trying to adhere strictly to corporate guide lines but this aint it. Lastly, the remodel has the place feeling sterile. The old Moe's look might not have been for everybody, but it certainly felt more inviting. Switching to Chipotle and Willy's going forward.
The new Moe’s at this location is horrible. We used to eat at this location at least once a week for the last 9 years and it was absolutely a favorite. Jamie & his team were phenomenal and the food was SO good. Way better than any other Moe’s in the area.
The new relaunched version (I assume corporate took over) is a massive disappointment and the food is different. The only thing that tastes the same is the queso. The rice & ground beef in particular were not good and my kids and I all had a stomach ache for a couple of days after.
Do NOT recommend and we will not be returning. Huge disappointment. Sounds like Moe’s corporate got greedy…and they lost a long time loyal customer.

Stack before new ownership: $8.95. Now: over $12. Food before: tastier, decent protein portion. Now: Cold, 1/4 scoop size of tasteless chicken, veggies taste like water, double protein is 3.99 extra. Speed before: Quick. Stack took less than 2 minutes. Now: Very slow, even with 5 people behind the counter. Management before: Very nice, remember you. Now: Rude.

The food…… I’m not too sure about. It looks a lot better in there than before however, there is new staff. I was hoping to see the same people I saw before but they barely put any meat on your food. I’m not the type that likes excessive meat but the little meat they gave me for a HOMEWRECKER is crazy. The previous staff was very generous. I’m not sure if somebody was watching them or what but you know a homewrecker is a huge burrito, they literally put a little bit of meat on there.

We went to this Moe's location when they reopened and were very shocked at how small their portions were. I got two bowls and they put a single scoop of rice, half a scoop of beans, and half a scoop of chicken. They even took some of the shredded cheese off after putting a handful on. The Moes closer to our house is much better in portions, we will not be going to this Moes again.
