Great Experience All Around!
Two weeks ago, I used Moe’s catering and was very pleased. The MSG-Church Street team, led by the store manager, was outstanding! The food was well prepared, clearly labeled and included a diagram of how to set up the food (to maximize the number of servings). The order was ready for pick up on time (even though it was before actual store hours).
Thank you to the store manager who got an early start to ensure the accuracy of my request and for providing exceptionally helpful and pleasant customer service.
I highly recommend this team for your next event…they won’t disappoint.

Went to this location a few yrs. It was closed a few months, reopened with a new crew and menu. Person working the line was impatient and rude. Returned a couple more times because the cashier was polite. I returned with my husband, the same line person was being rude to my husband. That was the last straw! I will not be returning.
Over charged on the burrito bowls and the cashier was arrogant and dismissive.

I came in ordee was not ready, I asked politely if I can use the restroom was told yes by employees behind counter, however Rafi told me I couldn't and I had to walk to another location to use restroom. However my order still not completed and restaurant still open
