I had to write to compliment Brenda the manager who saw me struggling going through the trash to look for my EarPods. I had lunch there today which was great. I could not find my EarPods and thought i had accidentally thrown them away after eating there today. She was so helpful and kind and understanding. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her help and kindness she is a keeper. Thank you Brenda !!😍
Shout out to Moe's staff at Church Street location. Brandon Smith and his team were very helpful and made us feel welcomed . I would make that location my go to Moe's 👍🏿
This is a locally owned franchise and it's obvious that the guy that owns it really cares about his customers. There's a difference between just shouting hello when people come in and saying it and really caring. I enjoy eating here even if the restaurant itself is a bit tired. The food is good and the service is really good.
