Staff is very straight to the point. I didn’t see one smile or receive a greeting. Food is very bland. Imitation eggs. Eggs were slightly burnt. Cinnamon was hot and fresh. I didn’t receive my hash browns I paid for!! Orders definitely need to be doubled checked. OH THEY CHARGE MORE IF YOU USE YOUR CARD/PHONE VS CASH
First time ordering to go from this restaurant will not be ordering from this place again all I spent and I didn’t get any butter notes to go silverware or any server and All I ordered was a waffle a side chicken breast and a bowl of grits. I got no syrup or butter , the grits are NOT SEASONED AT ALL !! Not even butter added!!! Absolutely ridiculous for what I spent.WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !!! But in all honesty, it was my fault. I should’ve known better than to go to a place simply titled chicken and biscuit house. They didn’t even think to put enough creativity into the naming of the restaurant that speaks volumes to what’s going on inside no creativity no seasoning and lack of good service
