So is no one going to make mention that this is the exact same menu as Mrs. Winners are just operating under a new name. The customer service is still poor. The light skin girl (with black and red hair/weave) working the drive thru does not know how to communicate with customers, She is frowning and standing with her arms crossed at the drive thru window. Not quite the best welcoming gesture for customers. They had no honey for the biscuits. She put no cutlery in my bag , i had to ask for that. Was happy to see people wearing hair nets, though. Hopefully, they were wearing gloves in the back because the last time I came, they were not, and I left.

The food is good. That hasn't changed since I've been coming here over the last 15+ years. The service could use some improvements, but the biggest thing that bothers me is the numerous people outside the store asking for money. They will even come knock on your window when you're in drive-thru. What's even worse is it's usually 2-3 in the lot and each one will come asking.
I’m from the area so the environment doesn’t bother me but to wait in line. A empty line at that for 25 minutes for a 2 chicken strips plates. Was not told that was needing to be dropped fresh , then when I ask for extra sauce they tells me it’s a charge. The lack of communication, consideration of my time it was my lunch, and just all around proper training. Irritated me to no end.

I go to this location at least twice a week on Fri March 1st I order a 3 wing combo dinner with 2 sides & I added a side green beans they made me wait 10 mins for the order but did not explain the wait til after they swiped my card I waited & realized they forgot my green beans in the bag however it was 9:46 when I arrived they did not give me a receipt im guessing being that it was at the end of the night I go back Sunday at 12:40 to clarify they said the only way they can correct it is if I have the receipt which is understandable but whomever is on drivethru was extremely rude it’s not my job as the customer to give myself a receipt I will never go back to this dirty bum infested restaurant again thx

New look but just as janky as before. Dining room is NOT open as advertised!Follow-up to the owner: I arrived at your place of business this morning at 6:50am, tried both doors TWICE and knocked on the glass. Never saw a single soul in the dining area or behind the counter.
