It took me an hour and a half to get my food and the theme is terrible I try to support black businesses but this was ridiculous this was one of the worst experiences how could you have customer service so disrespectful supposed to have you out there an hour and a half to receive half cooked food extremely small portion

My guy introduced me to this restaurant and it is a definite go to spot to eat when we are splurging! He told me he found a spot that makes shrimp steak subs I was skeptical; I am All Baltimore City, Born and Bred. When I tell you this shrimp steak sub took me back home to the standalone sub shop in Walbrook Junction, Wooo Yess!! and the service is great, the food portions are healthy, and tastes so very good! I am so glad my Suga found them!

Finally caught them when they are open! They close at 7, not 10, so be aware of that before going, but they have the best food!!! Could get a plate everyday!!!! Love our neighborhood mom and pops !

Prices are ok. Then we have some problems. The chicken philly was very bland, shrimp was just ok, and the burger what was suppose to have everything on it but ketchup and mustard, however, that's all I got on my burger (so glad I had some toppings at home to fix the mess). The worst was the 20 minute wait for them to make more lemonade, which is not made from scratch. Unlike the reviews about the great music and lively friendly staff, they mess the mark today, because everyone seem to be moving in slow motion. Bodega is a northern term sadly they mess the mark with that name. 1st time customer and I want be returning.

I had the fish and shrimp with collards, mac n cheese. Must say the food was pretty good. I'll definitely pay them guys another visit!!! Usually take a pic but I was hungry and forgot lol. Also got a good laugh and they were very nice

Asked if the food I ordered have onions because I'm allergic for it to be covered in them.. slick mad cause the dude handing out flyers hyped the place up he was cool tho

I paid almost the 30 dollars for two trays with only one side and one meat. It is not worth it. They advertise $5 plates. With a menu filled with everything but $5 food. The food okay service mediocre. But price OUTRAGEOUS.
