Amazing food! The owner and chef are incredible people as well. It seems. Only ever get to interact with them while waiting for their fantastic food, but it’s always a tremendous experience. I’ll Return again and again and again and again and again!

Welcome to Nyamings; home of the only hospitable Jamaican restaurant in or around Atlanta area. For years I have tried numerous establishments, only to disappoint in one way or another to the point of giving up and no longer wishing to support business that could care less. After randomly having a soup craving, I found this holy grail! Nyamings is nothing short of pleasant service, amazing food, great music playing and positive energy radiating. Rarely do I ever travel so far for food, but this place is worth the 20 minute drive across town at least once a week to load up on patties, soups, and stew chicken. The curry chicken is also really good. I couldn't be any happier finding this gem. Everyone who works here is so pleasant and it's so refreshing to see this at a Caribbean spot. Also their fresh juices are amazing, however if you aren't a fan of ginger you are warned!

Love this place. Friendly staff and fast service. Large portions even for the small meals. The oxtail is the best I’ve tried around Decatur. Stewed chicken is very good. I hope to be back at least every week. Thanks for a great meal!

Horrible experience.. Plantains was ice cold and BLACK BURNT AND DRIED OUT… Oxtails was the straps and they had to harm the oxtail in the microwave .. I will never eat here again!!!!

I have been missing my old local spot, in Douglasville, so my husband and I decided to try out Nyamings. He got the small jerk chicken plate with oxtail gravy over the rice. I got the small curry chicken plate. We were very satisfied with the portion sizes. We definitely had enough to eat off the plate, twice. He liked that the jerk meat had a nice kick to it and I loved that the veggies were tasty and the curry chicken was tender. My only snipe is I wish it was spicier. The meat and the veggies. Other than that, we'll be dining here, again.

My food here was soooo delicious. I had jerk chicken and rice and peas and cabbage. Was so delicious. My sister ordered the oxtail it was soooo good. I want more food from here. It’s soooo good.
