I placed an online order via the Decatur Food Hub. The restaurant never confirmed my order and never delivered it. The charges were pending on my card and I figured they'd go away after a few days but they had the nerve to charge me for food they never delivered. Never visiting them or using DFH ever again. Buyer beware.

Ordering and pick up is awesome. Super easy. I have to leave a 1 star with the food for this experience and a previous. In this order I tried the calamari and it was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it. Do not order the calamari. Pictured are a side of fries and the calamari 15 pieces appetizer.Previously I tried the catfish basket and the fish was fried hard which was nice but the batter is too much and I can tell the catfish not from Mississippi. IYKYK. But the plating was nice had lemon wedges and a couple celery pieces.I also have tried the cheese sticks which are AMAZING! And I highly recommend. Super cheesy.Parking: The parking lot a little weird to move around in but plenty of parking when I have been there.

I ordered the calamari for me and my girlfriend and first off it didn't even look like calamari. So I thought I'd try it anyway cause maybe they make there calamari different from other restaurants I've had it. But NO. When I say the supposedly calamari was OVER COOKED to the point it was tough and way too chewy!!!. It's like I was chewing on gum. The food didn't dissolve and I couldn't even swallow the calamari due to it being so tough. I spit it out and immediately came to write a review to save someone else from buying this terrible selection of food. I waisted my hard earned money ON Garbage!!! I'll never recommend or shop this restaurant again.

So just to let everyone know, you're getting your food out of a hub. In other words, it is about 15+ restaurants coming out of one kitchen. Just to give you a preliminary! When you order online, it's not their website. It is a 3rd party. So be aware of that if you have any issues. When you order certain things, you DO NOT have the ability to double up. You have to basically get all different items. And of course, why would you not want to double up especially when you're spending a hefty amount!? So back to my experience, I purchased the 8lb dinner, and as stated above, didn't realize that I couldn't get double items. I would think, especially if it's 8lb of seafood, to double up on the items, especially if i knew there's a glitch. And perhaps, it's done on purpose. ‍ Then you get corn & potatoes with it. Yeah, no, I got like 2 of each! So not only did I spend almost $300 on food, I didn't get my entire order and when I tried to reach out about it, they refused to accommodate!!! Basically "blaming it on the customer." Absolutely ridiculous! Food is good however, actually getting what you ordered, there's the challenge!
