Madison Had me waiting in the store for pizza that’s ready for over 15 mins because she a was to busy sitting down and listening to her AirPods or holding conversations on the phone to look up my order or informations — haven’t ate papa John’s over 2 years and def won’t be going back . Should have been a convenient in and out instead attitude and frustration.

They don't know how to make the pizza here they also don't read the instructions. We ordered additional sauces and there were literally none with the order. It was delivery so we went without. Don't order from here they are crap.

This is the worst papa John I ever been to. They gave my order away made me wait an hour on it just for another employee to say he gave it way. Then the manager caught on and wanted me to repay m. Her attitude and demeanor was the worst and she know she could get way wit it I called to talk to someone else and no one ever called me back or responded.
It's an older corporate PJ'S but the crew there is awesome. Manager CeeCee was engaging and a trip. She's a customer service beast.
