I visited this location on 11-26-2025. I ordered a order of cheese sticks 10 inch and a order of garlic parmesan wings with blue cheese. The order was cooked to order. The food was good. I would have liked the cheese sticks to be more hotter like cheese pull or something. Wings were definitely delicious wet and on point. Pull up if you are in the area worth the trip.

Food used to be good as for unhealthy delivery a couple times a year. But this is my final straw with these restaurants. They need to stop giving us subpar food. If the pizza looks burnt (see pics) or even undercooked, and if the wings don't have any sauce (just enough to be soaked up), FIX IT before sending to the customer. Papa John's knew to order wasn't right because they sent any apology email at the exact time it was delivered. 50% off the next order is nothing when you just spent almost $40. This is why I cook majority of our meals. There is no place to get delivery from for an extremely tired overworked single mother that's also caring for a sick parent. Called the mtg for a heads up about the complaint I filed, the Dasher that snatched a phone out of my child's hand, and they need to check the over temp's since they are burning food tonight and purposely sending it to customers.

This is the worst location. Just left yet again as the girl tells me my pizza is not ready after the app told me 10 mins ago it's ready. I asked her to please look again and was there. I understand being short staffed, but this is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time this has happened. It's the only Papa John's remotely close so unfortunately terrible service is what I have to deal with, or I just have to stop using Papa John's.

I am not even sure how to address this review but essentially I am beyond disappointed. We ordered pizza ahead of time online for a delivery. The delivery time came and no sign of pizza. I called and spoke to someone. She didn’t seem to know about the order but shared that “it’s in the system”. It’s in the system but it was scheduled to be delivered at that same time. I asked her how long it would take and she didn’t know. I said, soooo 15 mins? She said yes. 15 mins came and went….we have 20 hungry people now waiting. We called again….of course no one knows where it is. At this point we said to cancel the order. They said that they could not cancel until the delivery driver gets to us and then we could cancel. What?!? So now we have to wait till this driver comes?? They put us on hold again as we asked to speak to a manager and as I type this I’m still on hold and it’s been 41 mins. We drive to the location while still on hold to address this. Here’s my sincere feedback. We know things happen. If there is a 12:30pm delivery, it doesn’t happen, we ask to speak to a manager and you’re just gonna keep us on hold (it’s now been 44 mins and my husband is inside talking to them) that’s just bad business. It’s unfortunate that whoever is the manager or owner would let this type of behavior happen. As a former pizza franchise owner we would never handle our business like this. I would recommend that you NEVER GO HERE! I repeat, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!

This Papa John’s used to be awful… gave up on it for years. But now it’s normal. We order pizza from here and it is delivered in a reasonable amount of time and is fresh.
Madison Had me waiting in the store for pizza that’s ready for over 15 mins because she a was to busy sitting down and listening to her AirPods or holding conversations on the phone to look up my order or informations — haven’t ate papa John’s over 2 years and def won’t be going back . Should have been a convenient in and out instead attitude and frustration.
