The service is slow, and they definitely care but that's ok it's $10 pizza! The pizza is consistently ok and for the price, totally worth it.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza on the mobile app, when I arrived they couldn’t find my order. When I checked the mobile app it said o picked it up, I guess they gave my order away smh.

This papa John’s is the worst one in the entire chain. I come here to pick up my own order sometimes living right next to this location and sometimes I’m doing delivery for Uber eats every time I come I’m told “they’re boxing it up now”. I waited 15 minutes for an uber eats delivery this time before leaving empty handed. They never acknowledge people who walk in people have to assert themselves to get their orders. I waited 15 minuets and 5 or so people got their orders right away no waiting. This franchisee and I know the franchisee because I’ve met him. He needs to be retrained. His location needs to be shut down and retrained every single person and every process needs to be ridiculed and scoped by the Papa John’s corporate office. They need a top down cleansing of this location it’s horrible. I never come here to get pizza anymore because of how bad they are. I avoid this place like the plague it’s so bad. I came here on the Super Bowl scheduled my order for 6 PM and everybody in there was getting their orders refunded because the Papa John’s didn’t have enough staff to deal with the amount of orders that they put in on Super Bowl Sunday if they can’t handle Super Bowl Sunday, they damn well can’t handle a normal day to day.

The crust was so thick and they barely put ingredients on it. Half of the pizza was empty lol. It was supposed to be 10 slices but they did 8. I ordered 3 extra garlic sauce. Normally they also include 1 with the pizza. They were supposed to send 4 but they did not send extra one. Awful experience. Thank you

This has to be the worst Papa John's in decatur! There are all kids and teens working with no adult supervision, running around the store, yelling, screaming, cursing, and playing... and yes im talking about the employees. Very rude to any customers who asked about an order... The young lady in the picture was probably the worst, extremely rude to the customers as well as yelling and cursing very loudly. Thankfully a young slim gentleman came into work and started asking everyone what they needed and started ti kmmm. 5/5 for the young man 0/5 for everyone else. 5/18/25
