Similar to others. Ordered pizza. App said ready in 10-15 min. 15 min later, app says ready and I got a text that pizza was ready. Get there, told to wait 10-15 min. 35 min later pizza still not ready. I left and got a refund. Never doing papa johns again.
Later I got called and left voicemail that they were only refunding half of the cost for a pizza I cancelled and never picked up!!! Absolutely crazy. Have not heard back from papa johns at all after submitting feeding back and request for contact. Charged back cost on credit card. SERIOUSLY NEVER BUYING PAPA JOHNS AGAIN.

My business was having a huge party pi day and we ordered 30 pizzas using some online coupons they had available through a promotion with the Atlanta Hawks. We scheduled delivery a few days in advance, and I called A few hours before the event just to make sure it was OK that I ordered so many. I spoke to a friendly young woman named Goddess (cool name!) on the phone and she assured me that the pizza would be delivered on time, which it was! I hadn’t eaten Papa John’s in a while, and I have to say it was really good. The delivery person was also a good sport about hauling in so many pizzas. The whole experience was great!

Put in an order online. Get a text that says it’s ready and arrive 5 minutes later. Told it’s 10-15 minutes. Go get kid at daycare, return 20 minutes later. Get told it’s still not ready and it’s 10-15 more minutes. Absolutely terrible.

Was waiting patiently for my order, checked it and noticed stuff was missing so I waited to talk to someone. I waited for a few minutes and once someone asked, one of the people decided to roll her eyes at me and didn't even attempt to help. Extremely rude.
Extremely lazy, disorganized, and slow crew. Avoid this location if you value your time.
The pie was not cut properly or completely. There wasn't much in the way of toppings. The rest was fine.

This is honestly the worst place to go if you want some quick pizza. The wait time is extremely long, they had about 7 people waiting and kept saying “It’s not done it’ll be 5-15 minutes”. I waited over an hour just trying to pick up for someone else. Definitely don’t go here

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I placed an order for delivery on February 12, the instructions was to place the order in my hand. The driver left the order on the ground and left when I looked outside the order was at my door on the ground when I got it, it was cold as ice. I don’t know how long it had been sitting there. When I tried to call the store, no one picked up. I called customer service they took my complaint and said someone would call me back within 48 hours never heard from anyone on the 15th. I called the store and gentleman who answered the phone told me he was the manager, I explained the situation to him. He told me that he was issuing me a refund. I never received a refund never received a phone call from the district or regional managers. On the 24th February I called back the same gentleman answered the phone saying that he was the manager on duty. He said no one issued the refund and he was gonna do it right then when I begin to ask further Questions about having a general manager or district manager, call me because I found that to be very unprofessional. He placed me on hold and hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend this location for the unprofessionalism of the Employees unprofessionalism from the general manager district manager, and regional manager for not responding to this complaint that I filed through customer service.
