My only thing is, everyone who stood out in the lobby with me for more then 20mins shared their dislike on how we could barely hear the employees and they could barely hear us through this extremely thick glass. Could you guys create a way for better communication please and thank you.

The pizza is good but what I don’t like is that you request an extra large pizza and you end up getting a large size and when you order other local Papa John’s and you order a large, you get a large just not from this place

There is definitely a reason this location has a low rating and unfortunately I experienced it today. My order and delivery went seamlessly only to open the boxes to burned edges on the pizza. I called to get replacements and was met with snark from the manager via an employee who asked me exactly how brown I wanted my pizzas. ??? The employee was obviously not confortable with the question. My response was the same way you normally send our order...... NOT BURNED. Being polite and thinking they would replace the pizzas via delivery - my original order included $5 in delivery fees along with a $10 tip- I offered to send back the pizzas only to be told I was supposed to bring them when I pick up my order??? There was a reason I needed delivery this evening. Hmmm. I decided to cut my losses and request a total refund.

I ordered my pizza online ahead of time and when I went to go pick it it it took the staff 15 to hand me my pizza that been ready. I saw my pizza through the window. When I asked them to hand me my pizza, the guy in the front got an attitude because he wanted to finish folding pizza boxes and putting stickers on the boxes. Lot of people was upset. All he had to do was hand me my pizza because I paid online. Instead he had me wait 15 minutes so he can fold boxes instead of giving me my pizza. Highly unprofessional.

Service is awful at the location. The two girls working the front register (one with blonde braids and glasses) were rude and unprofessional during my last two visits. This visit, not only did i receive poor customer service, but also received an incorrect pizza.

The pizza look fine but when you take It out to eat the pizza toppings starts falling off and all the toppings falls off you can’t even take one bite of the pizza without it making a mess it’s unfortunate that the pizza was warm ready to eat but the quality was bad.

The worst experience @ this location. Customer service skills were very unprofessional. I ordered a large 🍕 w/ sausages and pepperoni light sauce on 12/30/24 . Pepperoni burnt and pizza wasn't all the way done. 🤬👎🏾

Worst customer service ever. I don’t understand how i place ny order this morning around 8:30am for a pick up at 1:15pm which is fur a party at 1:30pm. Get there at 1:13pm and cheese pizza wasn’t made/finished. Everybody else order came out. It’s freaking cheese pizza and the only reason why I got it is bc it’s for a party. I should or went to the Location near me. And then I didn’t get acknowledged until the next person walked in.
