Service was great; food temperature and assistant managers response not so much. The steaks, both ordered medium, came to the table overcooked. The server agreed that both were overcooked and took them to back to the kitchen. The manager ‘magically' appeared with the same steaks, appropriately cooked medium, and told us the hand-held light didn't correctly illuminate the temperature. In reality, I think a switch-a-roo occurred so the manager could save face. Sorry but brown edges with a pink center don't change colors to red regardless of light (mind you it was still daylight and we were dining outside). In addition, the Mac-n-cheese although delicious arrived lukewarm at best. This was a second trip to Parker's after an almost dreadful initial dining experience. The server was amazing but it was how the manager handled the situation that really soured the experience and as a result lost two diners from ever returning.
This is one of my favorite places for my husband and I to eat. We always go here and especially for special occasions such as our anniversary. The staff is always top-tier. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommended.

Excellent service & food. There was a live pianist who was excellent, but the music is situated in the bar area. I wish we were closer. There are only hi-tops and bar seating where the music was. All in all, a great experience.
It's a well run, nice restaurant, but it's not a great value for the price. The food just isn't as good as what you can get at a place like Cook's and Soldier's for about the same price. It was also a little too quiet, which makes it difficult to have a private conversation. I had a perfectly fine experience, but I doubt I'll go back. There are just too many other restaurants I'd choose first.

I had a great experience at Parker's on Ponce. It was mine and my friend's first time dining there. We were celebrating a birthday. When we checked in the hostess asked whose birthday it was. They prepared a birthday card for her. Our server was very kind and knowledgeable . I had the filet mignon and broiled lobster tail, both were prepared perfectly. An overall excellent experience.

Not sure what it was, but the food seemed a little off this visit. Fried calamari was excellent as usual, but the steak was just a little tougher and not the usual melt in your mouth beef. Otherwise, service was great and cheesecake dessert was super tasty.

Parkers on Ponce is a top notch steakhouse. They always cook my steak to the requested temperature, and the service is excellent. Fresh roses on each table. Thursday they have buy one get one free drinks! As of April 2024 they are still doing this. If you get a chance to add truffle butter to your steak, it's totally worth it! Both hubby and I love this place. A note for families, never seen a kid in here, this place caters more to adults. But a wonderful find, you can't go wrong with Parkers on Ponce. Expect to pay 40-50$ per person.Parking: Paid parking garage very close to the restaurant, about $6 per hour
My wife and I live a few hours away from here and aren't familiar with the area. We traveled there to check out an international market recommended by a friend. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before heading back and I was craving a good Ribeye, so Google Maps listed this as the closest place.I didn't look too much further into it. I was pretty hungry so we headed there. It was a bit more formal than I anticipated and I felt a little underdressed given we were basically on a day long road trip.We didn't have a reservation, but they were incredibly friendly and were able to quickly sit us at a high top near the bar.Once inside, there were a few others in casual attire, so I didn't feel too conspicuous.For a spur of the moment meal on the way home from a long day trip, I normally wouldn't have chosen a higher-end restaurant such as this, so I'm glad I didn't know beforehand. I have no regrets.The food was top notch. Both my wife and I had steak and both were excellent quality, cooked and seasoned just right.

This was a 60th wedding anniversary dinner, so an incredibly special occasion. From the second we walked in the staff at Parker's rose to the moment. They acknowledged the anniversary immediately, placed us in the front room as requested, provided a free appetizer and had a card on the table that offered a free dessert. Several members of the staff stopped by to offer congratulations, the steaks were cooked to perfection and all the food was delicious. Cannot thank the whole team at Parker's enough for helping to make the evening a wonderful success.

We were there for a dinner meeting. There is a great space for a separate meeting, BUT boy was it loud. There were no doors that separated the space, only curtains. Then they turned on the music, which made it worse. Our speaker basically had to yell, and even that was not enough to understand everything.
We came for an early dinner to celebrate the upcoming newest addition to our family and everything was excellent! Some of our parties food wasn’t cooked at the temperature they requested and the chef and the manager had no problem correcting issue and did so in a timely manner. I will definitely be back especially for the cheesecake!!
