The best pho I’ve had in a long time, and I was just in Vietnam. Delicious, clean broth, high quality beef, generous portions. No frills, really delicious. Definitely my new go to pho spot
Food was delicious, probably best cut of beef in pho that I’ve ever had (no marbled fat, just meat). Only “complaint” was the medium here is small compared to other places (def not a lot of noodles) and there was no sweet chill for the veggie egg rolls (not the best) but other than that, flavor of food was great and service was good as well. I will return
The first time I’ve tried Pho was here, and I’ve been back several times since. I have noticed a decline in customer service sadly, but I still recommend you give it a try (everyone’s experience is their own). They no longer have chili oil, and they don’t serve vinegar onions(if those are things you enjoy). My Pho wasn’t hot either, just warm which in turn made it less enjoyable. Overall it’s a 50/50 chance it’ll be the best pho ever or it just won’t.
