Liver was drowning in gravy. Who wants carrot souffle swimming in gravy? While the chicken breast was a good size, it was not fresh and fried in the same grease as the fish because it had cornmeal in the breading. Old chicken. Smh. Piccadilly Greenbriar would never...

I was at Piccadilly yesterday and noticed two health violations by one of the women serving food. First, she touched the inside of the food container with her bare fingers (she had long nails, and had been using a cell phone; both are risks for bacterial contamination). The other thing she did was to drop the tongs on the floor, pick them up and place them back on the shelf to use for handling food.

The server inside the dining area is very friendly. That was the only pleasant thing about the restaurant. The liver and onions was not good at all. I was so disappointed.

Have tried that chicken livers several times both thru Door dash and in person. It was Crazy. They were salty and over cooked. I stood and ask for Gravy and onions over rice. When I checked the order, there was no gravy and no onions. I specifically asked for chicken gravy the person assured me it would be done. Now I don't know what I got

This cafe has nostalgic memories for me but I haven't been in years! Sometimes you just need good Ole fashion eats and atmosphere with no fuss. Myself, mom and niece enjoyed the fresh swai fish, liver and onions and huge chicken tenders under $45. Pookie popped in on us for additional needs and drinks. We will be back. Thank you.
Kid-friendliness: Booths and child boosters.

Absolutely dreadful the meal was overpriced and under seasoned. I couldnt even eat anything other than the roll.
Approaching the tray to start choosing my meal, a pregnant lady kept the side door opened with something on the floor. I realized she worked there when she came in fixing a to go plate. I was disturbed.
The young man who rang my order up was unrecognizable, due to all the hair in his face. The young lady assisting the customer with their trays could use a wardrobe upgrade, something presentable.
I ordered 4 veggie plate with a side salad. My casserole (broccoli rice and cheese) was dry, my beans tasted like they had been burned, and my soft roll was hard. The young lady (Tanisha) in the dining room was pleasant and helpful. My food was overpriced for what was offered, I ate the heck out of it despite all of that.
Vegetarian options: If the beans didn't taste like they had been burned at the bottom of the pot, the broccoli rice and cheese casserole wasn't dry it would've made for a wonderful afternoon lunch
Parking: It's at the mall, you can park anywhere.

Went on Sunday with family to eat after church service and was met by some loud, obnoxious older gentleman at the door of the mall harassing everyone that the mall was closed, which was obvious everyone knew, because everyone arrived with intention of going to Picadilly. However, as we were walking into the restaurant, we noticed a failing inspection grade of 72 hanging on the wall at the entrance. As a family with members who work as health inspectors, that’s definitely not a good thing. We chose not to dine there for that reason alone and left to go somewhere else. This was our first time going , but, hopefully things will improve for the restaurant in the near future. .
