You all showed out today (7/2/2025) with the stewed okra! It is absolutely delicious. I haven’t eaten at the S. DeKalb location in year, but it was worth the stop!!!🥰

Just left here the food was good couldn’t enjoy it cus it was hot. 40 yrs later the A.C still don’t work come on. South Dekalb piccadilly have been open since I was a lil girl im 40. I stop going cus the A.C wasn’t working my oldest 20 my youngest 3 A.C still don’t work it’s wrong. Why can’t we get ac in our community establishment that’s been around before Reviews.

Drove in from Florida yesterday, decided to go to this Piccadilly to grab some take out. I walked in at 6p no one was in line, there was an older lady and older man working the food line. They were both angry as heck. I greeted them both with warm hellos, these people couldn’t even speak. The older lady had the worst attitude she refused to answer any questions about the food. The older man didn’t care what you asked for he would make smart comments and walk off.
The cashier only mumbled the total to me. The 3 people I encountered on my visit was the worst representation of your business. While the food was tasty, I will NEVER return to pay my money to be treated less than human. If your employees are so angry/mad/rude you should find jobs for them where they do not interact with your customer base. I brought 6 meals last night and that is the very last money you will get from me.
Piccadilly Leadership needs to pay attention to your team. No matter how good your food is an angry employee will kill your business.

On a Friday March 28th evening, I ordered two servings of carrot soufflé. I consumed one serving immediately upon returning home and the second serving on Sunday evening while relaxing in bed while watching a movie. As I reached the bottom of the second serving, I encountered a sharp sensation that caused difficulty in swallowing. After attempting to clear my throat, I discovered that I had inadvertently expelled a small piece of metal from the soufflé.
This metal had got to the back of my throat causing me to gag. All while feeling something Sharp poking my throat and tongue. I contact the restaurant and corporate no one has seen about this matter yet.
This is a matter that requires resolution through compensation for my experience of finding a metal object in my food, which lodged in my mouth and reached the back of my throat. Reaching out to me on Google is not going to resolve this matter I have emailed the corporate office and I emailed Piccadilly at DeKalb Mall I have not received a phone call from anyone yet.

Liver was drowning in gravy. Who wants carrot souffle swimming in gravy? While the chicken breast was a good size, it was not fresh and fried in the same grease as the fish because it had cornmeal in the breading. Old chicken. Smh. Piccadilly Greenbriar would never...

I was at Piccadilly yesterday and noticed two health violations by one of the women serving food. First, she touched the inside of the food container with her bare fingers (she had long nails, and had been using a cell phone; both are risks for bacterial contamination). The other thing she did was to drop the tongs on the floor, pick them up and place them back on the shelf to use for handling food.

The server inside the dining area is very friendly. That was the only pleasant thing about the restaurant. The liver and onions was not good at all. I was so disappointed.
