Went on Sunday with family to eat after church service and was met by some loud, obnoxious older gentleman at the door of the mall harassing everyone that the mall was closed, which was obvious everyone knew, because everyone arrived with intention of going to Picadilly. However, as we were walking into the restaurant, we noticed a failing inspection grade of 72 hanging on the wall at the entrance. As a family with members who work as health inspectors, that’s definitely not a good thing. We chose not to dine there for that reason alone and left to go somewhere else. This was our first time going , but, hopefully things will improve for the restaurant in the near future. .

The food didn't look very appealing. A lot of the items needed refilling. After we received our food, we waited an additional 10 minutes just to pay. The counters were messy with stuff everywhere. The food was NOT hot....at best maybe warm. There was NOTHING good about this restaurant!!!! That was a waste of almost $40.

The Piccadilly location in South DeKalb Mall is the worst. Me and a fellow customer stood in line for over 5 mins waiting for someone behind the counter to serve us. Mind you, it wasn't busy and we were the only ones waiting to be served. These Piccadilly employees were doing every thing else under the sun: wiping down the counter, playing with the food, talking to each other but certainly not focused on or interested in servicing us! I will never go back there again. The manager did nothing to inform his workers about what customer service means when I asked to talk to him. They are a complete failure. The food isn't very appetizing, either. Combine that with the poor customer service and this location gets an F grade from me. ??

The chopped steak needed a little more cooking (to kill bacteria) the rolls where a little crusty, and someone must have cooked the pie crust to fast cause it was little tough. A lady next to me in the entrance line said that is the best Piccadilly and after eating I would think they're possibly the best far as taste goes. It was a good experience though.Parking: This Piccadilly is located at a struggling mall...

Haven't been for sometime. The chicken is still good (not greasy), but I noticed that the veggies get cold quick. The heating trays they're in isn't kept hot as they used to. It wasn't ice cold, but slightly below room temperature. It was on a Saturday and the place was almost empty. Normally there's a crowd, but with the uncertainties of the mall I can understand why. Anyway I still recommend it if you way good southern food.

I’ll say 3 out of 5. Not the best food but it’s ok for the buck. The Carrot soufflé is always a HIT. Everything else is ok. You get what you pay for. Definitely budget friendly food. No real complaints.

During my recent phone call to the establishment, I had less than satisfactory experience with a customer service representative, Nickie, in regards to her customer service skills and phone etiquette. Specifically, I had placed the same order twice in one day and received someone else's order on both occasions. Subsequently, I spoke with one of the delivery dashers who informed me that it was an express order and that was her only order and that she had no additional orders in her vehicle, and that the order she delivered was the one assigned to her. When I contacted Nickie to address the issue, her response was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. She began by asking me if I knew how many orders she received a day, and further stated that she could not remember every order. As a paying customer, I expect to receive quality customer service and to be treated with respect. Nickie's behavior was not acceptable and requires rectification to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. It's unfortunate that encounters like this are the reason for some of the workforce's problems. It's not possible for two different drivers to give out the same order wrong both times. Especially when my name is on the receipt but the food don't match items order. After sending multiple pictures to Doordash I received refunds both times. The Liver Dinner must be a favorite cause I received 3 orders of that the first time and the second time 2 order of the Liver Dinner and the Salisbury Dinner. When I ordered a Baked Chicken Dinner, 5pc Chicken Tender Dinner and a 3pc Fish Dinner.

The quality is still pretty good but the portions seem to be less. I had to order a side of the carrot souffle in order to have a decent serving. The carrot souffle was quite lumpy which is something I'd not experienced before.

Was gathering with family after a funeral. Piccadilly was selected due to its proximity and variety . Today, the food was fresh and tasty . The prices were a bit steep , but that's everywhere. 1 attendant had to serve at least 40 people today. Staffing is an issue everywhere. Would have been a great visit, but it was a good one today.

I WILL NEVERRRRRRR EAT FROM THERE AGAIN! THEY NEED TO CLOSE THEM BACK DOWN! PLEASE FIRE THE COOK!!!! No napkins on table no extra napkins period the give you bathroom napkins!!!!! I promise I should’ve went to GREENBRIAR LOCATION!!!!! It’s so unorganized!!!!!!!! My food was disrespectfully disgusting please save your time don’t GO!!!
