Apparently their internet is down but they are still taking uber abd doordash orders online. Drivers go there to pick up the orders just to learn that the orders were not received. You have to cancel your order. I dont understand why they just dont turn off their uber and doordash systems. This is truly poor customer service. Apparently their system has been down a least a week.

I really like piece of cake a lot! I think I ordered the wrong cake ??♂️!! I ordered the carrot cake and I was not impressed at all, the cake was dry I think they sold me an old cake frozen then thawed cake no moisture at all, should’ve went to Publix!!

Never will I order from here again. The service was unpleasant from beginning to the end. I called the store to verify that my order was ready to be picked up, ( so excited as I was told that their cakes were delicious and couldn’t wait to try it) the lady that answered the phone was rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason. The young lady at the store was very unwelcoming and brusque. Not a smile or hello. I felt like this business didn’t appreciate my patronage and was a nuisance. The cake itself was dry and did not live up to expectations. Never again!

Today, December 17 at 2:20. This has to be the first time I came here & the customer service sucks. I have been coming here for about 7 years. To walk in & the lady says nothing while I'm just standing there for a minute. No acknowledgement of saying Hello, I will be right with you would have been nice. I had a pick up order. The guy that is usually there cannot be the only kind & friendly person. I picked up a Large cake in November & he is always kind & sweet. I'm just surprised ?. It's like Customer Service doesn't exist anymore

Staff (looks like one of the managers) was inconsiderate and rude. Staff serviced a customer ahead of me without an explanation or apology. Also, I didn’t get a greeting. I’ve never received this type of service before and will not revisit this location.
I try to get cakes from here for my clients a few times a year. Everybody loves them! They are some of the best cakes

The caramel cake is delicious. I ordered one this Thanksgiving. The white young guy working on the day before Thanksgiving wasn’t nice. Also, I didn’t like the fact that there were not any cake cutters. Really?Overall, the caramel cake is superb.

My manager brought us cupcakes today and the strawberry cupcake was so good. It wasn't too sweet. It was fresh and moist. I don't eat everyone icing but this strawberry icing was delicious.
