I came in to get three pizzas. The service was awful employees, yelling, talking loud messing up orders. The only thing good was the cashier with the black hat. She was very polite and remade our orders that that was wrong. This place needs training customer service.

Where is the manager, this girl literally sitting on the counter while people taken their order etc. I only came in because I was picking up a delivery. The levels and disrespect this location has ewww. Shut them down #corporate?

Do not deserve any stars, I ordered 3 pizzas and supposedly I had 2 Free because of my rewards and I decided to order another pizza. I only got 2 medium when I had ordered large, and they had regular crust when I had ordered thin crust. I told the delivery guy that I had ordered 3 and gotten 2, he had a horrible attitude and told me to call the store. I tried to call them 5 times, did not pick up the phone at all. The worst customer service and overall everything was bad. 0 star review.

Brought in a coupon for a pizza. After waiting for the employee to take my order I was informed that the coupon didn't work in their system. I work in the service industry. They should have been able to figure it out.

The employee was not trying to listen when I kept telling her my name it's not Eric. She spent most of the time talking to this guy who I assumes works there and was on break and a Walmart employer. The other guy proceeds to jump over the counter because she said she broke his brother's charger. We had already payed and she was too busy talking to them to hand back our change. The same boy who hoped the counter hands me my food (the Walmart boy wouldn't even move over while I was checking it). We had ordered the Parmesan and chili shakers and they only had chili did not offer a refund or a simple we got you next time. The whole experience was just so unprofessional I am not the first to say some needs to be more professional but they could have waited until we left to be carrying on like that. As for the all the corners have no sauce or toppings and the cheese bread was not even cut.

This place never has employees in the building working. They sit in their car and then you have to wait for the pizza to cook because they are not monitoring the online orders because they are in their cars smoking. The store opens at 10am and never has anyone here on time. I am waiting for my food and I ordered 45 minutes ago. The OPEN sign is not even turned on. Terrible service and not very clean either.
Never received my pizza, despite their phone system saying it was delivered. Called 4 separate times, was on hold for over 30 mins. Kept passing me off even after I finally requested a refund. Now I'm out money with no dinner. According to the other reviews this might have been for the best.

I ordered a pizza yesterday which was the 6th of March and I ordered it for delivery online and once I got my order online it said after about 30 minutes it said that my pizza was delivered which was not true then I called the place and they put somebody on there who did not talk English at all didn't understand what I was saying and I didn't understand what he was saying put me on hold for about 45 minutes never came back to the phone I hung up call back put me a whole again never came back to the phone then I had my boyfriend to call on his phone put him on hold never came back to the phone so we went up there and had to wait 30 minutes for a large pizza and 12 wings and on top of that once we got the pizza it was a box of Grease it was not even done the customer service suck because when we went in there they was cussing and laughing and eating it was just a horrible experience

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. FOOD WAS LATE, DRIVER DIDN'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND WAS MISSING OVER HALF OUR ORDER. NO REFUND PROVIDED. $70 FOR A SINGLE PIZZA IS UNACCEPTABLE. NOT SURE WHY CAPS LOCK IS ON, BUT I'M NOT CHANGING IT.

I should have read other reviews before getting pizza from this place. This was quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever received. The Large size has shrunk by at least 50% and is much smaller than competitors' Large size. The pizza I received was so greasy and under done that the crust separated from the pizza slice when I picked up the first piece. The amount of grease on this pizza made it entirely inedible. We threw most of it away.For a lower price and larger pizza, you can get way better quality at Marco's right down the street.
