Shay and Tiffany are awesome. Every time I visit the store it’s very clean. I love the morale within the store atmosphere. Whether it’s me or another customer, there’s always consistent engagement. They’re also very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the smoothies and have great suggestions if you’re having a hard time making a decision. I absolutely love this place. I come here about 4-5 times a week. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They even take time to learn your name. The first thing I noticed about the place was that it was so clean. Even when there’s a rush the place is clean. That’s a big thing for me. Needless to say, I’ll be back tomorrow.

I came in 5 minutes before closing and was told they were closed already. This would have been my first time patronizing this establishment so I was a bit disappointed that they aren’t truly open through their listed hours. I understand wanting to leave right when the store closes but unfortunately, that’s not how customers interpret store hours.

This place has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tiffany not only knows my name and gives me a friendly greeting when I arrive, she has memorized my car and starts making my order when she sees me pull up outside. AND I’ve noticed her training up other employees to do the same. I can also tell it’s not just me, the employees here seem to really know a lot of their customers and treat them with the same kindness. I used to only go here every now and then but now I go nearly every morning since it’s such a great start to my day. A few weeks ago I injured myself at the gym so I didn’t come in for a week and now Tiffany always asks me how it’s healing when I go in. Not to mention the smoothies here are amazing and consistent. Everyone here is awesome, fantastic service and smoothies. Loyalty program has great rewards. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to this planet smoothie for years and I love it! Love the staff and they have an excellent smoothie selection made with fresh ingredients. And they have a good loyalty program with $5 off after you spend $50 over time (ends up being every 4-6 smoothies). Highly recommend!
