Shay definitely made my first experience one to remember. I was warmly welcomed as I entered. Shay was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped me select something that would fit my needs. She also recommended some nice dog parks in the area. I enjoyed our conversation and the fact that she took the time to get to know me a bit so she could make the best recommendations. I went for a protein smoothie but I’ll be returning for more great customer service from Shay!Vegetarian options: The menu is vegetarian but some of the add in protein options may not be. You can ask to read the nutrition label on the protein before it is added.Dietary restrictions: Great place to go to protein shakes, meal replacements, and for supplemental nutrients that may not be in your current diet.Parking: The parking is free and first come first serve. Planet Smoothie is great place to get smoothies, smoothie bowls and other healthy snacks ?? too. First time coming to Planet Smoothie this year because I haven't went there in a long time before. The app lets you order ahead without happening to be in a hurry and/or wait in line and that's a good thing, really nice. ? ? ??

Shay was so helpful and exceeded my expectations. She was patient and provided suggestions. Our order the Elvis Presley and didn’t finish it all. She did suggest to put it in the freezer and take it out 15 minutes or so before I was ready to drink it which I did and had it for breakfast. It tasted just as good as the first day. I popped in here a few months ago and neither employee knew what gluten was or if they were able to make a gluten free smoothie. Before coming today, I found a list online of the specific smoothies at Planet Smoothie that *should* be gluten free. I ordered the PB Blues.The smoothie tasted great, had the right creamy/icy consistency, and filled me up. The employees weren't very friendly on both occasions. It's not my favorite place, but I'm sure I'll come here again, due to it's convenient location in the Publix shopping center.

I spent a good amount of time studying the menu. The young lady was gracious enough to say I could let her know when I was ready to order. I finally decided what I wanted only to be told "we don't have meal replacement." She then stated I could have it made with whey protein. I said that only provides 13g how will you compensate for the difference as the drink I want has 56g of protein. I'm looking for protein. "Well I can give you 2 scoops of whey but you would have to pay extra." That is simply ridiculous!!! What a huge waste of my time.

I made an online order nearly 20 minutes prior to walking into the store. When I came in, the order had not even been started yet. I told her I had a mobile order for Carla and she said “for who?? The other girl said oh yeah” and grabbed the order ticket from the counter” then the first girl proceeded to make my order, another customer comes in to order and the first girl who was originally making my order starts on their order; meanwhile the other girl finishes my order… I don’t understand?? It was not busy at all. So I guess next time I should just walk into the store and order?
