My husband and I enjoyed our experience at Platez. The drinks were wonderful. Very upbeat, enjoyable environment. Service was excellent. Although the food could have been a bit warmer, it was seasoned well without being salty. We will definitely return.

First of all I hate leaving reviews in such a negative light but a closed mouth doesn't help the next person. Prior to Platez reopening I frequented numerous times and had an EXCEPTIONAL time. The food was good and the DJ was always jumping. Last Sunday was my 1st and LAST time since the reopen. The atmosphere was totally different, the dj was blah the bartender was unattentive and my food was very displeasing. When the bartender asked how was everything I stated I didn't like the food , she notified "the manager " who was very disinterested in my concerns and said the description states what's in it so you know then walked away. Nothing was said in consideration of appeasement or substitute or discounted. It's not about the money but I'm here in your establishment and I raise a concern and you brush me off. I paid the bill and felt insulted and highly pissed for such a once amazing place has fallen so low. I hope it gets better, but I won't be back sadly.

The new management is phenomenal! My first time there and I'm hooked. The atmosphere gives excellence with a balance of a personable touch. The lemon drops are my go-to. I have yet to have anything on the menu that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. The bar is captivating. The cooks and the kitchen crew definitely know what they are doing. The waiters and waitresses are genuinely pleasant. Management is present. Salute to the whole team! And thank you for being so kind.
This is a very clean restaurant. The employees provide excellent customer service. The atmosphere is everything! I ate dinner and brunch 2 days in a row. The staff are friendly and mostly I love the conversation cards they provide. I’m definitely bringing my family back again.

After a special occasion on 3/24/24. I had the pleasure of dining with a large group of friends (custom catered). I had the wagyu burger, which was really good but disappointed that they ran out of truffle fries ?. The food was delicious, and the owner and the staff gave pleasant, professional service! They added to our joyous occasion. I will definitely be back ?

Every time I come to the area I try to hit this place up because I loved the food. My only warning, in the past, was review the bill because they automatically add the tip to the bill and then give you a bill with a line to tip more.My 2024 visit the hostess expressed that they had gone under New Management the menu is completely different ah no more cornbread, one of their famous items.It's a bit pricey.Instead of adding 15% for automatic tip they do 18 % even for to go orders.. I had to get the manager to remove the 18% and then received a lecture as to why I should tip. I fully planned on tipping just not a full 18%The hostess was amazing she was friendly and sweet that's the only experience I have for service the manager well I could have gone without the lecture and the pressure.The food came out so fast that I know that it wasn't prepared fresh, more along the line as warmed up, I assume because the shrimp were very rubbery and the rate of speed in which the meal came out was phenomenal maybe 5 minutes at most. the value is just not there. I had the shrimp linguine Plus tip. A near $50 dinner for something I really feel like I could have gotten at a far lower price and made somewhat fresh.They didn't skimp on the shrimp there was plenty but it was somewhat tasteless and bland, almost as if they boiled it and then added it to some sort of a sauce and linguine for flavor. Linguine very soft and mushy like it had been cooked earlier that day, no bread with it. Definitely not worth $44My past experience which is numerous was always good and at times a long wait to get a seat, due to being crowded.. I wouldn't necessarily be proud that new management has taken over obviously no visible improvements that I can see and there was nobody in the place so that should say it all.I personally wouldn't go there again I'm heartbroken because the last place was amazing.

Cute place, patio area is great. Food was good. Only thing, I ordered veggie omelet that stated feta cheese in it and they used cheddar. I do appreciate the fresh spinach in it. Crab cakes were good but they didn't come to the table hot. Steak and eggs plate was very well seasoned.

I came here to celebrate my birthday weekend. I ordered the fried green tomatoes, wings, and the midnight bliss. Both were so good. The wings were seasoned so well, I didn’t feel I needed any sauce. The drink was also very good. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations. Lina was the bartender and she was so sweet and amazing. Naomi was also very sweet and made sure everything was to my liking. Definitely will be coming back!

I'd heard that Platez recently reopened under new management. I thought I'd give it a try since it's attached to the Courtyard that I was staying at. First day I had the shrimp po boy...and it was excellent. The 2nd day I had the wagyu burger and truffle fries. Again, it was excellent. Servers have been nice and friendly. Thumbs up!
