Stopped by today to try the chicken wrap.i was very disappointed. The wrap was folded in half with a have piece of a chicken strip. I paid over 8 dollars for two. I returned them for a refund. I can’t give away my money like that. I was very disappointed. Please do better. I will try it again another day. The staff was very nice and friendly. Thanks for that.

Just saw roaches crawling around in the lobby and the attitudes of the workers are horrible never eat here the manager is rude should be inspected and shut down

Super disappointed in the service and the food that I received from Popeyes off of Wesley Chapel today. Ordered three piece chicken and biscuit two wings and one thigh they got that order wrong gave me two thighs and one wing. Then when I made notice of this and gave it back. They gave me one thigh, one way and a piece of wing Not even a whole wing did not notice this until I got home and did I forget I didn’t even get my biscuit with the three-piece and biscuit. The service has really gone down in the last few months. I wonder if they’re under new management.

Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, ordered ghost pepper wings and got regular fried wings. No spice. No flavor. I've had these wings from this same location a dozen times. The employees and manager decided that my taste buds must be wrong and refused to remake the wings. Upon asking for a refund I had to go inside because the first manager insisted on getting a second manager to argue with me further. Sheesh.. I'm going to zaxbys now.

The manager on duty provided good customer service. I did have to wait for my order and because it was a very long wait as she was coming out she did offer other items to help make up for my time. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and the customer service.

The manager refused to apply my military discount and this after the girl at the window claimed that it could not be used for the big box.

NOT GOOD. I WAITED AT THE WINDOW FOR 15 MINUTES THEN TOOK MY ORDER I WAS TOLD TO PULL OVER AND WAIT FOR 14 MINUTES SO I WENT INSIDE AND WAITED ANOTHER 12 MINUTES AND THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. I ASK FOR 4 CHICKEN BREAST FOR FOUR DEFERNT PEOPLE 2 SPICY AND 2CLASSIC THEY 2 IN IN 1 BOX THE HOST NAME MOSES 70059 TICKET #601 ON WESTLEY CHAPLE ROAD.NO GOOD AT ALL.
