Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went through drive thru and ordered family pack of chicken strips. I also ordered 4 pies and was told to pull up so pies could cook. The cashier was very rude. When I got my order it was wrong. I went inside and was told how much trouble it would be to re ring the order so I took the chicken and left. I got home no sides. I called back and explained was put on hold and no one came back to phone. Called back numerous times and it was busy. I will never visit this Popeyes ever again cashier nasty and unprofessional!!

The young boy at the drive-thru was disrespectful. He did not reach or meet half way to accept my payment. Then proceeded to tell me maybe I did not pull up close enough and I could get out. After that he made no attempt to pass the food or drinks. I had to unbuckle and step halfway out of the car. Mind you this is drive-thru. I call and spoke to the manager, she did apologized. Please do customer service training on these kids. I could have been disabled and could not get out of the car. Won't be back! And my order was incorrect!!!

I’ve been here multiple times and each time is different. I’ve pulled up at 10:45pm even tho they close at 12pm and workers were standing outside smoking stating they were closed. I’ve had my order completely wrong even after taking it back to be corrected. seriously please stop putting kids at the drive thru if they cannot read nor understand an order. I’ve used coupons here before now suddenly they’ve stopped.

Managers are rude to their employees and it doesn’t matter how they talk to them I have heard a manger tell her employees I talk to y’all how I want to and won’t change the way I do it’s unbelievable and the district manger won’t do shit about it .

I don’t know what scam the closing shift trying do but it’s not going to work I placed my order at 10:22 my dasher Adrian calls me at 10:59 and tells me they don’t have any chicken sandwich's I’m fine with that I tell her I just want the combo and she says they can’t refund the chicken sandwich okay cool it was 35 percent off keep the $3 I’m not tripping just hand me my food but they than proceed to say I have to cancel my whole order and reorder again like I’m dumb and senile I’m not doing that if the food already been prepare I won’t get a refund and if I reorder I’m spending more money and who to say they would’ve still gave me my food but I hope the dasher receive her tip and dash customer service for refunding my money also I’ll never order from this grimy restaurant again

I went here tonight just for a simple quick dinner. The lady with piercings in her face, black and platinum braids and glasses was extremely rude! First she was already smoking a cigarette outside as if she was on break or something. Then she took my order with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. Poor experience here!

The girl working the drive through is disrespectful. They do not give you what you order and paid for!!! Tell me to pull up and wait for fries and didnt even have my fries ready was waiting for 15 minutes I had to drive back around to still get the wrong food . I told her I wanted to speak with her manager and she just laughed at me and closed the window !!!!! I am disgusted in this place and I will be calling the cooperate office. This only happens in the black neighborhoods, we have to do better as people and when it comes to customer service!!!!!

The chick in drive thru, Y’all clearly see she has the worst attitude by the other reviews but that ish is really ridiculous. I can’t even ask for what I want and shawty already asking about the next thing. I’m purely sure that this location only gets customers because they don’t want to drive to another location. Cause nobody is returning for the customer service. Y’all staff need to be FIRED and a whole new crew Trained properly. Except the cooks. They back

Had a terrible experience here, the cashier up front (Jenaria) was extremely lacking in any type of customer service. Her attitude towards my husband’s inquiries left much to be desired. Management should probably swap her position to something that does not require much interaction with customers because she clearly doesn’t like being in front (very evident with the piss poor attitude and the eye rolling.)

Came here to pick up a mobile order that we placed to save some time, boy was that a waste of time. Everyone and their mother got served before we even got help, why even have a mobile order option when we’re left to stand there for an hour? An HOUR wait while watching both drive thru and walk in customers served before and way after we walked in for our pickup.

Ridiculous!!! Had to wait to the side after paying at drive-thru window...it took 20 minutes to get order! Cars were back-up waiting to order!! I asked staff what was the problem when he brought my food out...is the issue that you were out of cooked chicken?? He gave a nonchalant response...I said, so basically they are in there playing around. He just shook his head!!! Won't be back!!! Nope!!!
