Damn can you get these people a zero I was standing in line there was a guy in front of me the girl at the counter just opened her eyes and said nothing I said are you taking orders she stated I'm I'm standing here this line at this in particular place used to be around the building every time I came here now I understand why it's no one ever here anymore and this is also my last time this service is remarkably awful

This location needs to be shut down cause they are unprofessional and they hire people that be trapping at the shell and the food is nasty like get a new general manager and District manager cause the ones yall got are not doing they job

Not sure of the young lady’s name who was taking drive thru orders at the Popeyes located at 2665 Wesley Chapel Rd, Decatur, GA 30034 around 12:05 pm 3/30/2024 but she provided the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Being that I was picking up an order for someone else and there was no line or rush, I asked for a moment and she continued saying “what do you want.” I stated I needed the tenders meal and she said 3 or 5. I hesitated and the attitude, blowing off proceeded. I said 5 and the she asked mild or spicy. Again, this was not for me and I wasn’t sure and with her attitude I did not want to hold her. So I said please cancel the order and let me call them because this is not for me. The drive thru person then yells out “Oh my God, she talking bout let her cancel, she gone be back.” It was rude, impatient, and not a place where I would want to give my money. She was very unprofessional and I took my business elsewhere. This Popeyes always seem to have an issue with either supplies or transaction type but today, their customer service confirmed I will never return to this location. I proceeded to the Candler Rd location and was greeted with warmth and patience. This is not the first time but is my last time and I’m sure others have the same reviews as I discussed in a community setting and my experience was confirmed as a norm with others. No one should be rushed nor insulted when attempting to place an order.

If there was an option for a zero or below rating, that’s what is deserved here! It took over 45 mins. for my 16 piece family meal. My husband had to go inside to retrieve it, after being asked to pull to the front to wait for the order. Sadly, upon arrival we were the only car in the darn drive-thru. When we got the food we were missing a side, I went in and I was beyond pissed and demanded that I receive what we paid for. The extremely rude manager at the counter taking orders was nonchalant and was on her phone for majority of the time we awaited the food. I asked her for the corporate number and she rudely replied “Google It!” This is the reason our neighborhoods get such a terrible “”name” and horrible reviews.. due to the inappropriate workers hired at these facilities. If she doesn’t like her job or customer service she should resign. I am appalled at the lack of concern for all the patrons that were complaining about the service tonight and the reviews are valid.. horrible..horrible..disgusting attitudes and service. Corporate or upper management needs to take a closer look at this location. I’m grateful for the one lady that was preparing food Alice as she replied in such a professional manner and saw to it that I received our missing side. She is a true example of what the other staff should mimic when it comes to delivering superb customer service! I’ll forward to BBB and follow up on my blog, and my radio show and contact corporate about this unforgettable and distasteful experience!

I got the flounder fish sandwich, which was awful, and smothered in tater sauce. I also got the ghost pepper wings, which were under cooked. I don't think I will be going to this Popeyes ever again.

Probably the best Popeyes I've been to. Only visited twice at the time of this post to pick up mobile orders I placed. Order is fresh, hot, complete within 10 minutes of my arrival. This my spot?

Small order, servers filling orders they chose and not first come first serve... Just ignoring people... Floor dirty... Had to let them know I was not served... Slapped my order together, food was cold, asked for tarter sauce, the server said in the bag, not there, had to go back... Didn't provide 2 people plastic ware, not courteous. I will not go back... My friend, whom I was treating to lunch after an appointment, asked what was delayed and didn't enjoy her chicken, too greasy... Awful experience, men going in the bathroom together. Server friendly with them... I had to hold on to my things. Beware...

Placed my order at 7:20pm. I finally received my order at 7:40pm. Probably the longest I've ever waited in a drive thru. Then I was charged for the dipping sauce that comes with the chicken. Will not come back. I ordered through the mobile app and they were still trying to charge in store because as the manager said that's her bonus. ?
